Osuma Picatinny Rail, CZ 455

• Dedicated CZ 455 fit: This Picatinny rail is made specifically for the CZ 455, giving the rifle a stable and correctly matched mounting surface for optics without relying on generic adapters.
• Picatinny interface: The rail converts the rifle to a widely used Picatinny standard, making it easier to fit riflescopes, red dot sights and other compatible optics with broader ring and mount choices.
• Aluminium construction: The aluminium body keeps weight down while still providing the rigidity needed for repeatable optic mounting on a rimfire rifle used for hunting, training or target shooting.
• 0 MOA inclination: With a 0 MOA profile, the rail keeps the optic in a neutral position that suits general-purpose zeroing distances and straightforward setup on the CZ 455 platform.
• Made in Finland: Designed and manufactured in Finland, the rail reflects Osuma’s focus on precise scope-mounting components built for practical field use and dependable installation.

About the Osuma Picatinny Rails Series

Osuma Picatinny Rails are a family of aftermarket mounting rails built to give specific rifle models a practical Picatinny mounting platform. Within the Osuma lineup, this series focuses on shooters who want a straightforward way to expand optic compatibility without changing the rifle’s basic handling. The range covers several rifle makes and systems, including selected Tikka, Sauer, Sako, CZ, Mauser, Howa and Remington models, with each rail tailored to the firearm it is intended for.

The series is defined by a simple design philosophy: model-specific fit, durable construction and compatibility with the mounting standard most commonly used for modern sporting and hunting optics. The rails are made in Finland, and selected versions in the range are also offered with a 20 MOA tilt for applications that benefit from additional elevation adjustment. In practice, the series suits shooters who want to mount a riflescope, red dot sight or similar optic with more flexibility in ring choice and eye-relief positioning than many factory mounting arrangements allow.

About the Osuma Picatinny Rail, CZ 455

The Osuma Picatinny Rail, CZ 455 is a model-specific mounting base designed for shooters who want to equip a CZ 455 rimfire rifle with optics that use the Picatinny standard. Its main advantage is practical compatibility: once installed, it opens the rifle to a much wider selection of scope rings and optic mounts than rifle-specific proprietary solutions. That matters for rimfire rifles used in different roles, from small-game hunting to range practice and precision-oriented .22 LR shooting, where optic position and mount choice can make a noticeable difference.

This version uses a 0 MOA inclination, which keeps the setup neutral and well suited to common rimfire zeroing distances. For many CZ 455 owners, that means a simpler installation path when the goal is a clean, general-purpose optic setup rather than a specialised long-range rimfire build. The aluminium construction helps keep the rifle from becoming unnecessarily top-heavy, which is especially useful on compact rimfire platforms that are often carried for long periods or used for offhand shooting.

As part of Osuma’s mounting range, this rail is built around precise fit and straightforward function. The black finish gives it a subdued appearance that matches most rifles and optics, while the dedicated CZ 455 pattern keeps the installation focused on secure alignment and dependable support for the mounted sight.

About Osuma

Osuma is a Finland-based brand whose history goes back to the early 1990s, when its owner began developing scope mounts for his own hunting and benchrest shooting needs. That origin still shows in the company’s product focus: rifle scope mounting remains Osuma’s main area of expertise. The brand designs and manufactures its products in Finland, and its range has grown to include more than 150 products.

Today, Osuma’s catalogue covers scope mounts, scope rings, rail mounts, red-dot and holosight mounts, suppressors and shooting accessories such as the Trigger Widener. The company has passed from father to son, and its lineup reflects long practical experience with sporting rifles and optics mounting. For products such as Picatinny rails, that background matters because Osuma concentrates on precise, purpose-built mounting solutions rather than broad general accessories.
