Nanuk 920 Foam Insert for DJI Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom

• Custom DJI Mavic 2 layout: This foam insert is pre-cut for the DJI Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom platform, helping keep the aircraft and key accessories separated, protected and easy to locate during transport.
• Protective polyurethane foam: The polyurethane foam construction cushions delicate drone components against knocks and vibration, reducing movement inside the case during travel and storage.
• Organized equipment storage: Dedicated cutouts help maintain a consistent packing layout, so batteries, controller and small accessories stay in their places and can be checked at a glance before heading out.
• Built for the NANUK 920: Designed for the NANUK 920 case format, this insert turns the case into a purpose-built transport solution instead of a general storage box.
• Clean, professional presentation: The black foam interior gives the case a tidy, equipment-focused layout that suits field use, travel and long-term gear protection.

About the Nanuk 920 Series

The NANUK 920 Series sits in the brand’s compact hard-case range and is aimed at users who need a protective case that is still easy to carry in the field or in transit. It is widely used for camera gear, drones, electronics and other sensitive equipment, where a practical balance of portability and internal capacity matters more than sheer size. Within the NANUK lineup, the 920 format is a versatile platform that can be configured with different interiors for specific equipment.

What defines the series is its focus on durable case construction paired with application-specific organization. The 920 platform is associated with rugged hard-case protection, a layout that supports professional transport, and interior options that range from general-purpose foam to dedicated inserts for particular devices. For drone and camera users, that approach matters because it combines impact protection with a repeatable packing system. Instead of loose equipment shifting around in transit, the 920 series is built around the idea that each item should have a secure place, making it well suited to field work, travel and equipment storage between assignments.

About the Nanuk 920 Foam Insert for DJI Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom

The Nanuk 920 Foam Insert for DJI Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom is made for users who want the protection of a hard case with the speed and order of a dedicated interior. Rather than relying on generic pick-and-pluck foam or soft dividers, this insert is shaped specifically for the DJI Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic 2 Zoom platform. That tailored fit helps stabilize the aircraft and accessories inside the case, which is especially useful when the equipment is moved frequently between vehicles, job sites or shooting locations.

The practical advantage of a dedicated insert is consistency. A pre-cut layout makes it easier to pack the same way every time, reduces the chance of components rubbing together, and helps confirm at a glance whether an essential item has been left behind. For drone operators working with batteries, controller and small support items, that kind of organization saves time before departure and after landing. The polyurethane foam material also adds a cushioning layer that helps absorb minor impacts and vibration during transport.

As an accessory for the NANUK 920 case, this insert is best suited to users who already own the case shell or want to replace a worn interior with a layout dedicated to the Mavic 2 system. The result is a cleaner, more secure storage solution for drone transport, field deployment and long-term equipment protection.

About Nanuk

Plasticase began manufacturing plastic cases in 1984 under the name Resentel Ltd. Today, NANUK is the company’s protective-case brand, focused on hard-sided cases for equipment that needs dependable transport protection. The brand’s products are manufactured at Plasticase’s factory in Quebec, Canada, where the company designs and builds injection-molded plastic protective cases for a wide range of uses.

Within the market, NANUK is known for cases used with cameras, drones, firearms and outdoor equipment. Two of the brand’s most recognizable technologies are the PowerClaw latching system, developed to keep the case securely closed in transit, and NK-7 resin, the material used in its hard-case shells. That combination has made NANUK a well-established name for users who need organized, impact-resistant storage for sensitive gear.
