3. Advanced Quick-Detach Functionality: The integrated Quick Detach (QD) system allows for swift and tool-free attachment or removal of your optic. Crucially, it provides excellent return-to-zero repeatability, making it ideal for hunters who need to quickly swap optics or transport their rifle compactly without the inconvenience of re-zeroing.

4. Optimised for Performance: Designed with an integrated bubble level and a robust central recoil stopper, the MAKpromont mount is engineered to prevent scope cant and creep. This ensures consistent bullet placement and eliminates common issues that can compromise precision, empowering shooters with confidence in every shot.

ABOUT THE MAKPROMONT QD MOUNT, 34MM

The MAKpromont QD Mount, 34mm, represents a significant advancement in scope mounting technology, offering a superb blend of German engineering precision and practical functionality. Unlike conventional two-piece rings, this monoblock design is CNC-machined from a single piece of premium 7075-T6 aluminium, ensuring vastly superior rigidity and alignment. This construction is crucial for maintaining an unwavering zero, even when subjected to the harsh conditions of hunting or competitive shooting. Its Quick Detach (QD) system allows hunters and tactical users to rapidly attach or detach their optical device without losing their carefully established zero, making it exceptionally versatile for field use or transportation. The mount features a robust central recoil stopper that securely anchors it to the Picatinny rail, preventing any forward or backward movement under heavy recoil. An integrated bubble level further assists in achieving perfect, cant-free scope alignment. Hunters will particularly appreciate its lightweight yet durable build, designed for reliability in diverse environments and extreme conditions.

ABOUT MAK

MAK GmbH is a distinguished German manufacturer, established in 1990 in Schalkau, Thuringia. The company has since built an outstanding reputation for producing high-quality, precision-engineered mounting solutions for riflescopes and other optical devices. Known for their unwavering commitment to German craftsmanship and innovative design, MAK products are synonymous with rugged durability, optical clarity preservation, and uncompromised reliability. MAIN FEATURES

• Tube Diameter: 34 mm for optical devices. This mount is designed to securely hold riflescopes with a 34 mm main tube.

• Mounting Standard: Engineered for Picatinny rails, ensuring broad compatibility with a wide range of modern rifles.

• Material: Constructed from high-grade 7075-T6 aluminium, which is then hard-anodized for superior corrosion resistance, exceptional durability, and a lightweight profile.

• Weight: Optimised for minimal weight to reduce overall firearm load, without compromising its robust structural integrity.

• Quick Detach (QD) System: Features a high-performance quick-release mechanism allowing for rapid attachment and detachment with excellent return-to-zero repeatability, typically achieving within 10 MOA.

• Recoil Stopper: Equipped with a central recoil stopper (lug) to ensure enhanced stability and prevent any movement under heavy recoil. Note: Such central recoil stoppers may be incompatible with rifles featuring two-piece Picatinny rails (e.g., Merkel RX Helix, Sabatti Rover, Steel Action) where the rail is split. The MAKpromont mount features a central recoil stopper.

• Integrated Bubble Level: Includes an integrated bubble level for precise, cant-free alignment of your optic, crucial for long-range accuracy.

• Ring Screws Torque: Each ring is secured by multiple Torx screws; the recommended torque for these ring screws is 1.7-2.8 Nm to prevent scope tube damage.

• Rail Clamp Screws Torque: The rail clamping screws should be torqued to 2.3-5 Nm for optimal recoil resistance and extremely secure mounting to your rifle.
