Ledlenser HF6R Core Headlamp

• 800-lumen output: Delivers enough light for fast movement on trails, campsite tasks and close-range work, while the dimming function lets the beam be matched to the situation instead of wasting battery.
• Digital Advanced Focus System: Shifts from a broad, even flood to a more focused spot, so the same headlamp works for reading the ground nearby and checking farther ahead on the route.
• Rechargeable power with magnetic charging: The integrated rechargeable battery and magnetic charging cable make regular use simpler, with no need to keep replacing disposable cells.
• IP68 protection and aluminum housing: The sealed construction and aluminum alloy body help the lamp handle rain, dust and hard outdoor use with more confidence.
• Red light and memory function: Red light helps preserve dark adaptation, while memory function starts the lamp in the last-used mode for quicker, more intuitive operation.

About the HF Series

The Ledlenser HF Series is built as a modern range of rechargeable headlamps for users who need a compact light for outdoor activity, general hands-free work and everyday use. Within Ledlenser’s lineup, the series sits as a practical all-round option, combining a slim front profile with features that make sense in the field rather than adding unnecessary bulk. A key part of the series is the Digital Advanced Focus System, which allows the beam to move from wide-area illumination to a more concentrated spot, giving one lamp a broader working range across different tasks.

HF headlamps also reflect Ledlenser’s wider approach to portable lighting, with technologies such as magnetic charging, temperature management and user-focused control functions. The series is designed for people who may move between walking, setting up camp, navigating in darkness and doing close work, so beam flexibility and simple operation matter as much as raw output. In practice, that gives the HF range a balanced character: compact enough for regular carry, robust enough for outdoor use, and versatile enough to cover both near-field and mid-distance lighting needs.

About the Ledlenser HF6R Core Headlamp

The Ledlenser HF6R Core Headlamp is the mid-level all-rounder in the HF family, combining a useful output ceiling of 800 lumens with a beam reach of 160 m. That makes it well suited to hiking, trail walking, campsite use and general outdoor tasks where the light needs to cover both immediate surroundings and the path ahead. Its dimmable output is especially practical here, because it allows the lamp to be run at lower levels for map reading or camp chores and then increased when more reach is needed.

A defining feature of this model is the Digital Advanced Focus System. Instead of forcing a choice between a flood beam and a distance beam, it lets the HF6R Core adapt to both. A broad beam is more comfortable for close work and situational awareness, while a tighter focus helps when scanning trail markers or terrain farther ahead. The addition of red light is useful for preserving night vision during low-light tasks, which makes the lamp more flexible than a white-light-only design.

The housing uses aluminum alloy, helping the lamp balance durability with manageable weight at 126.00 g. Its IP68 protection adds confidence in wet and dusty conditions, and the rechargeable battery system keeps the lamp practical for frequent use. Features such as memory function, transportation lock and backup mode further improve day-to-day handling, making the HF6R Core a strong choice for users who want one headlamp to cover a wide range of outdoor and utility roles.

About Ledlenser

Ledlenser was founded in 1993 by Rainer and Harald Opolka in Solingen, Germany. The brand entered the flashlight market in 2000 with an LED flashlight and has since focused on portable lighting products such as flashlights, headlamps, work lights, lanterns and floodlights. Its product development has centered on practical beam control and user-oriented lighting systems for both outdoor and professional use.

Among the technologies associated with the brand are the Advanced Focus System, which combines lenses and reflectors to vary the beam pattern, as well as Smart Light Technology, Flex Sealing Technology and magnetic charging. Ledlenser remains headquartered in Solingen and is widely associated with rechargeable lighting tools that emphasize controlled beam shaping, durable construction and straightforward operation.
