Armanov Magazine Base Pad +2 for Sig Sauer P226, X5, LDC, Speed Line

• +2 capacity extension: Adds two rounds to compatible Sig Sauer magazines, giving sport shooters more capacity before a reload and helping maintain stage rhythm.
• Aluminium construction: The base pad uses aluminium for a solid, durable feel that stands up well to repeated magazine changes and regular range use.
• Compact Speed Line format: Its low-profile shape keeps the magazine easy to handle while still providing extra length for more positive seating and faster reloads.
• Light 18.00 g weight: The added capacity comes with only a modest increase in weight, so the magazine remains practical for dynamic handgun setups.
• Model-specific fit: Built for Sig Sauer P226, X5 and LDC magazines, it offers a purpose-made upgrade for shooters who want a cleaner fit than universal extensions.

About the Speed Line Series

Armanov Speed Line accessories are developed for shooters who want practical competition-focused upgrades without unnecessary bulk. Within the company’s handgun accessory range, the series is aimed at users of sport shooting pistols who need parts that improve handling, reload speed and day-to-day usability on the range. The design approach is straightforward: keep the parts compact, robust and easy to integrate into a working match setup.

In the Speed Line family, magazine accessories are shaped with an emphasis on efficient manipulation rather than oversized external form. That makes the series especially relevant for IPSC-style use, training and other fast-paced handgun disciplines where reliable magazine handling matters as much as raw capacity. The line also reflects Armanov’s preference for CNC-machined aluminium components, giving the parts a precise fit and the durability expected from hard-use shooting equipment. Across the series, the focus stays on clean function, controlled dimensions and compatibility with specific pistol platforms.

About the Armanov Magazine Base Pad +2 for Sig Sauer P226, X5, LDC, Speed Line

The Armanov Magazine Base Pad +2 for Sig Sauer P226, X5, LDC, Speed Line is a magazine extension made for shooters who want a little more capacity without turning the magazine into a bulky competition-only component. Its main advantage is the +2 round increase, which can reduce reload frequency and give the shooter more flexibility during training sessions or practical shooting stages. On pistols such as the Sig Sauer P226, X5 and LDC, that extra capacity is especially useful when balancing stage planning with fast, consistent magazine changes.

The part is made from aluminium, which gives it the rigidity needed for repeated handling, magazine drops and regular use on the range. At 18.00 g, it adds only moderate weight, helping the magazine retain a responsive feel while still benefiting from a stronger, more substantial base than a standard floor plate. The compact dimensions also support a more positive grip during reloads, making it easier to strip or seat the magazine under pressure.

As a Speed Line component, this base pad is clearly intended for practical handgun use where reliability, fit and handling matter more than cosmetic detail. It suits shooters building a competition-oriented Sig Sauer magazine setup, but it also makes sense for regular range use where a durable, model-specific magazine extension is preferred over a generic accessory.
