ZeroTech Thrive HD 6-24X50 FFP

• First focal plane reticle: The reticle scales with magnification, so holdovers stay consistent from 6x to 24x and remain practical for longer shots without relying on one fixed power setting.
• 6-24x50 configuration: This magnification range gives the scope enough low-end field use for load development and general hunting, while the 24x top end helps with precise shot placement and target detail at distance.
• 92% light transmission: High light throughput and fully multi-coated optics help preserve contrast and image brightness in the low, uneven light often encountered at dawn, dusk, or under overcast skies.
• Capped single-turn turrets: Capped windage and elevation turrets protect settings from accidental movement in the field, while the single-turn layout keeps adjustments straightforward and easy to track.
• Waterproof, fogproof, shockproof build: The 30 mm tube and sealed construction are suited to hard field use, helping the scope stay reliable through weather changes, transport, and repeated recoil.

About the ZeroTech Thrive HD Series

ZeroTech Thrive HD sits in the brand’s riflescope range as a step up from the standard Thrive line, combining the familiar hunting-focused layout with high-definition glass for improved clarity and low-light performance. The series is built for shooters who want a practical field optic rather than a bulky specialist scope, and it is aimed squarely at hunters and general-purpose rifle users who need dependable optical performance across changing terrain and light conditions.

Within the range, ZeroTech offers both first-focal-plane LR Hunter and second-focal-plane PHR II configurations, along with other reticle options such as R3, RAR, PHR 4 and G4. That spread gives the series a broad role, from straightforward hunting setups to rifles intended for longer shots where reticle subtensions matter more. Selected models also add illumination for better reticle visibility against dark backgrounds. Across the family, the design stays focused on practical field handling, with robust construction, HD alloy flip-up covers, and optical performance intended to help at dawn and dusk when game is often most active.

About the ZeroTech Thrive HD 6-24X50 FFP

The ZeroTech Thrive HD 6-24X50 FFP is the long-range oriented model in the series, built around a 6-24x magnification range, a 50 mm objective lens, and a first focal plane reticle layout that suits shooters who use reticle holds as part of their normal shooting process. At lower magnification it remains usable for scanning and setting up on field positions, while the higher end gives enough image scale for careful shot placement, target identification, and load testing at extended distances. The 50 mm objective, combined with 92% light transmission and fully multi-coated lenses, helps maintain a bright, readable image when light is poor or backgrounds are visually busy.

The first focal plane design is especially relevant on a scope with this much magnification range, because the reticle remains proportionally correct as power changes. In practice, that means holdover and wind references stay valid whether the shooter backs off magnification for a wider view or dials up for a more precise aiming picture. The parallax adjustment from 10 m to infinity also broadens the scope’s usefulness, making it easier to sharpen the image and reduce aiming error from short-range zeroing work through to long-distance shooting.

Mechanically, the scope is set up for field reliability rather than constant exposed dialing. Capped turrets help protect zero during transport and hunting movement, while the 22 mrad / 70 MOA internal elevation and windage range gives enough adjustment latitude for a wide variety of rifle and cartridge combinations. The 30 mm tube, waterproof, fogproof and shockproof construction, and a manageable overall length of 357.00 mm make it a practical hunting riflescope for shooters who want FFP functionality without moving into a much larger precision-only optic.

About ZeroTech

ZeroTech Optics was founded in Australia in 2018 by Tasco Sales (AUST) Pty Ltd. The company develops sport optics for hunters, shooters, and outdoor users, with a product range that includes riflescopes, spotting scopes, binoculars, and reflex sights. Its catalog is organized into families such as Vengeance, Thrive, and Trace, each aimed at a different level of use and feature set.

ZeroTech states that its Australian team designs, engineers, and quality-assures its riflescopes, with an emphasis on proprietary reticles and precision turret systems suited to practical field shooting. The company expanded internationally after establishing a United States base in 2020. In the riflescope category, ZeroTech has built its reputation around durable hunting and shooting optics that balance straightforward controls, useful reticle designs, and optical performance intended for real field conditions rather than bench-only use.
