Zeiss DTI 6/40

ZEISS DTI 6/40 – Long‑Range Thermal Imaging with Exceptional Detail

The ZEISS DTI 6/40 is ZEISS’s premium thermal monocular variant tailored for open-field observation. Featuring a Germanium 40 mm f/1.0 objective lens combined with a high-performance 640×480 sensor, 12 µm pixel pitch, and NETD ≤ 35 mK, it delivers crisp thermal imagery with outstanding clarity even at extended distances.

With a field of view of approx. 19 m at 100 m and a 3× optical magnification, the DTI 6/40 provides excellent long-range detection—reaching up to 2,000 m. In combination with up to 10× digital zoom, it ensures detailed thermal detection even at maximum range.

About the ZEISS DTI 6 Series

The ZEISS DTI 6 Series sets a new benchmark in thermal imaging, offering interchangeable lenses (20 mm and 40 mm) to support both wide-area scanning and long-range precision. Users can personalize settings such as zoom speed, standby behavior, LED indicators, and color palettes. Up to four custom observation profiles can be saved, along with preset thermal modes like Fog, Universal, Discover, and Identify.
