Trijicon 45 degree Offset QR mount for Picatinny Rail, MRO

• 45° offset layout: Places a Trijicon MRO at an angled position beside the primary optic, allowing a fast transition from magnified aiming to close-range red-dot use with a simple rotation of the rifle.
• Quick-release Q-LOC system: The tool-less one-handed clamp speeds up installation and removal on a Picatinny rail while helping the mount return to zero when reattached in the same position.
• Low-profile aluminum body: The compact aluminum construction keeps added bulk and weight under control, so the rifle remains easier to handle when an offset sight is carried as a secondary aiming solution.
• Built for MRO optics: This mount is made specifically for the Trijicon MRO footprint, giving a secure interface for a duty, hunting, or tactical optics setup built around that sight family.
• Made in the USA: U.S. manufacture and a matte finish suit hard field use, with a practical design intended for rifles that may be carried, transported, and used in changing conditions.

About the Trijicon Mounts Series

Trijicon Mounts covers a broad range of mounting solutions for the company’s optics, from riflescopes and scope tubes to compact red-dot sights such as the MRO, RMR, and SRO. Positioned as the hardware that connects Trijicon optics to real rifle and carbine setups, the series is built around practical fit, repeatable alignment, and application-specific geometry rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Within the range, Trijicon offers mounts for Picatinny rails, Weaver-style interfaces, and selected firearm-specific platforms. Height options such as low, full co-witness, and lower one-third co-witness let shooters match the optic to the rifle’s stock height, backup sights, and intended role. Selected models also use Trijicon Q-LOC technology, giving quick-detach capability for users who need fast removal, repeatable reattachment, or easier transport and maintenance. Across the series, the design philosophy stays consistent: compact, durable mounts that support serious use in hunting optics, defensive carbines, and professional shooting applications.

About the Trijicon 45 degree Offset QR mount for Picatinny Rail, MRO

The Trijicon 45 degree Offset QR mount for Picatinny Rail, MRO is built for shooters who want a dedicated close-range sighting option alongside a magnified primary optic. By placing the Trijicon MRO at a 45-degree angle, the mount supports a fast changeover between two sighting systems without adjusting magnification or giving up the main optic’s zero. In practice, that makes it especially useful on rifles set up for mixed distances, where a low-power variable optic or fixed magnified sight handles longer shots and the offset red dot covers fast, short-range engagements.

A key part of this model is the Q-LOC quick-release system. The tool-less, one-handed attachment method makes the mount easier to install or remove on a Picatinny rail, which is valuable for users who move optics between rifles, break down a rifle for transport, or need straightforward maintenance access. Just as important, the system is designed around return-to-zero performance, so the optic can be removed and reattached with confidence when mounted in the same position.

The mount’s aluminium construction and matte finish keep the package durable and unobtrusive. As an offset mount made specifically for the MRO interface, it avoids unnecessary adapters and keeps the secondary sight close to the rifle. The result is a clean, compact setup suited to tactical optics use, practical competition rifles, and hunting rifles that benefit from both magnified aiming and immediate red-dot access.

About Trijicon

Trijicon was founded in 1981 by Glyn Bindon and is based in Wixom, Michigan, United States. The company focuses on aiming systems for military, law enforcement, hunting, and shooting use, with product lines that include riflescopes, red dot sights, electro-optics, and iron sights. Its long-standing expertise in illuminated aiming systems is closely tied to technologies such as tritium, fiber optics, and LED illumination.

Trijicon is especially well known for landmark products in the fighting-optics category. The company introduced the ACOG riflescope in 1987 and later launched the Ruggedized Miniature Reflex (RMR) sight in 2009, both of which helped define their respective segments. That background is directly relevant to Trijicon mounts, which are designed to support hard-use optics with the same emphasis on durability, repeatability, and field-ready function.
