Steiner Ranger 4 6-24x56 Product description

The Steiner Ranger 4 6-24×56 is crafted for long-range hunters and precision shooters who demand exceptional light gathering and optical detail. With large 56 mm objectives and a powerful 6-24× zoom range, this scope excels in low-light conditions and at extended distances. It combines rigorous optical performance with solid mechanics and durability—making it a trusted companion in demanding terrain.

ABOUT THE RANGER 4 SERIES

The Ranger 4 series brings together high-contrast, high-quality optics with rugged build and ease of use. Each scope is nitrogen filled to prevent internal fogging and sealed for waterproof operation. The matte hard-anodized finish, precise click adjustments, and generous eye relief ensure comfort and reliability across hunting, long-range, and tactical scenarios.

ABOUT THE MODEL (RANGER 4 6-24×56 4A-I)

This 6-24×56 model delivers exceptional performance thanks to its large lens diameter of 56 mm, which maximizes light capture. With an exit pupil ranging from ~8.2 mm at 6× to ~2.0 mm at 24×, this scope delivers vivid images in low light and excellent resolution at higher magnification. The field of view spans ~6.7 m at 6× to ~1.7 m at 24× per 100 m. Its 90 mm eye relief ensures comfort even with recoil or in challenging positions. Parallax is adjustable from 50 m to infinity, making this scope highly versatile for extended range work. Robust and dependable, it’s built for precision in demanding conditions.

Is the Steiner on par with the Zeiss V6 optically in your opinion. Also is the Steiner ranger the same as the usa Predator 4 which is a 6x24x50 and not a 56. Also where are these scopes made, Germany, the US, or somewhere else. Thanks.

by Chris

Dear Sir,

thank you for contacting us.

Please contact us at [email protected] for a direct comparison between the rifle scopes. Ranger for the European market and Predator for the USA market may appear very similar visually, but the components differ a lot, therefore it's impossible to say this is the same scope. The manufacturer does not specify the manufacturing location, so we are unable to say, where they are made.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Kind regards
