Rusan Modular Reduction Ring for Dipol (M49x0.75)

• Dipol M49x0.75 interface: This reduction ring is made specifically for the Dipol mounting standard (M49x0.75), giving a correct mechanical fit when integrating compatible clip-on equipment into a modular adapter setup.
• Modular adapter concept: As part of the Rusan Accessories system, the ring helps build a flexible mounting arrangement, making it easier to configure one clip-on device across different riflescope setups.
• Steel construction: The steel body provides the rigidity needed for repeatable alignment and dependable thread engagement, which matters when mounting thermal clip-on equipment that must stay secure in field use.
• Compact, purpose-built part: A reduction ring keeps the adapter system focused on the required interface without adding unnecessary bulk, helping maintain a clean and practical clip-on mounting solution.
• Made in Croatia: Built by Rusan in Croatia, this accessory comes from a manufacturer known for scope mounts, rails, and clip-on adapter components for hunting optics and night-vision or thermal-imaging applications.

About the Rusan Accessories Series

Rusan Accessories is the part of the Rusan range dedicated to the practical connection of night-vision and thermal clip-on devices to riflescopes. The series is built around the idea that a clip-on system should be adaptable rather than fixed to a single rifle or optic. In practice, that means using dedicated adapters, connectors and reduction rings to match the thread or mounting standard of a specific device while keeping the overall setup modular.

Rusan offers both conventional and modular adapter systems, and this accessories family supports users who want a more configurable approach. The modular concept is especially useful when one clip-on device may be shared across multiple rifles, or when different devices need to be paired with different daytime optics. The range includes parts for specific thermal and night-vision systems as well as related adapter accessories and spare components. A key characteristic of the series is its emphasis on mechanical compatibility, repeatable fit and straightforward integration with field rifles and hunting optics, rather than adding unnecessary complexity.

About the Rusan Modular Reduction Ring for Dipol (M49x0.75)

The Rusan Modular Reduction Ring for Dipol (M49x0.75) is a dedicated interface component for users building a modular thermal clip-on adapter around equipment that uses the Dipol M49x0.75 thread standard. Its role is simple but important: it provides the correct thread relationship within the adapter assembly so the clip-on system can be matched to the intended device standard without improvised parts or loose tolerances.

That matters in real use because clip-on equipment depends on stable, centered mounting. A reduction ring is not just a spacer; it is part of the mechanical chain that helps the device seat correctly and remain secure during transport, repeated installation and normal field handling. The steel construction supports that purpose by giving the part the strength and thread durability expected from a component that will be assembled and removed as setups change.

Because it belongs to the Rusan modular system, this ring is best suited to shooters and hunters who want a configurable mounting solution instead of a one-piece fixed arrangement. It allows the adapter system to be tailored to a specific clip-on interface while keeping the broader setup consistent. For users of compatible Dipol-standard devices, that means a cleaner, more purposeful connection between the clip-on unit and the rest of the mounting hardware.

About Rusan

Rusan-Mikron is a Croatian manufacturer based in Marija Bistrica, and the company’s metalworking background goes back to 1983. The business entered the scope-mount segment in 1993, building on earlier gunsmithing experience and developing into a specialist in mounting solutions for sporting and shooting optics.

Today, Rusan is known for producing scope mounts, scope rings, Picatinny rails and firearm tuning products, along with adapter systems for night-vision and thermal-imaging devices. The company introduced its clip-on sight adapter clamp in 2009, a milestone that helped establish its reputation in the clip-on optics category. This background is directly relevant to products such as modular connectors and reduction rings, where precise machining and dependable fit are more important than cosmetic design.
