About the Rusan Accessories Series

Rusan Accessories is the part of the Rusan range focused on the practical connection between optics, riflescopes and front-mounted night-vision or thermal devices. The series includes adapters and reduction rings for clip-on systems, along with related mounting components that let users configure equipment around a specific device thread or riflescope objective size. In Rusan’s lineup, these accessories sit alongside the company’s scope mounts and rails, but they serve a more specialized role: making clip-on integration precise, repeatable and mechanically straightforward.

A defining trait of the series is its emphasis on system-based compatibility. Rusan offers both conventional and modular adapter concepts, allowing one clip-on device to be matched with different rifles or different optical setups through the correct intermediate parts. That makes the series especially relevant for hunters and shooters who want to move a thermal clip-on between platforms without replacing the entire mounting solution. The design philosophy is practical rather than decorative, with compact metal parts, exact thread interfaces and model-specific components that support stable alignment in real use.

About the Rusan reduction ring for GT-Nano

The Rusan reduction ring for GT-Nano is a dedicated adapter component for users building a clip-on mounting setup around the GT-Nano thermal device. Its job is simple but important: it provides the correct threaded interface for the device’s M36x1 mounting standard, allowing the clip-on to be incorporated into a compatible adapter system cleanly and securely. In practice, that means a more orderly installation and a better mechanical fit than trying to adapt the device with generic parts.

Because this ring is made specifically for a thermal clip-on application, it suits users who want a purpose-built connection point within a Rusan mounting arrangement. This kind of accessory matters most when reliability and repeatability are priorities, since the thread interface is one of the key points in the overall assembly. A properly matched reduction ring helps the device sit as intended within the adapter chain, which supports consistent positioning when mounting or removing the clip-on.

The ring’s compact black construction keeps the setup discreet and mechanically simple. Rather than adding unnecessary size or complexity, it performs a focused role inside the mounting system. For GT-Nano owners using Rusan clip-on adapters, this accessory is the small but essential part that makes the rest of the setup work as a unified whole.

About Rusan

Rusan-Mikron is a Croatian manufacturer based in Marija Bistrica, with roots in the Rusan family’s metalworking business dating back to 1983. Željko Rusan opened a gunsmith shop in 1986, and the company began producing scope mounts in 1993. That background in machining and firearms fitment still defines the brand’s reputation today.

Rusan specializes in scope mounts, scope rings, Picatinny rails and firearm tuning products, and it is especially well known for adapter systems for night-vision and thermal devices. The company introduced its clip-on sight adapter clamp in 2009, helping establish Rusan as a recognized name in the field of front-mounted hunting optics accessories. Its product range reflects a practical engineering approach, with model-specific mounting parts designed to give optical devices a secure and repeatable mechanical fit.
