Rusan Pivot mount for Sauer 100/101, Pard NV008, one-piece

• Complete one-piece pivot mount: This mount combines the upper and base set into a complete assembly, giving the Pard NV008 a secure fit on the rifle without having to source separate pivot components.
• Quick-release pivot system: The pivot design lets the sight be removed and reattached quickly, which is practical for rifles that alternate between day optics and digital night-vision use.
• Device-specific fit for Pard NV008: Built specifically for the Pard NV008 mounting standard, it provides a correct interface instead of relying on generic adapters that can add complexity.
• Steel construction: The steel body gives the mount the rigidity needed for repeated use in the field, helping the sight stay firmly supported during handling and transport.
• Model-matched Sauer 100/101 base geometry: The mount is made for the Sauer 100/101 platform, so the attachment geometry matches the rifle rather than using a universal compromise solution.

About the Rusan Pivot Mounts for NV and Thermal Series

Rusan Pivot Mounts for NV and Thermal are built as dedicated mounting solutions for hunters and shooters who use night-vision and thermal devices on conventional hunting rifles. In Rusan’s catalog, the series covers complete mounts with bases as well as upper pivot-mount parts without bases, allowing the system to be matched to both the rifle interface and the optic or digital device. The range includes versions for devices such as HIKMICRO Thunder, Pulsar Talion, Yukon Photon and Pard units, which shows the series is designed around real device compatibility rather than a one-pattern approach.

A defining characteristic of the series is its rifle-specific layout. Rusan offers variants for different mounting interfaces, including 11 mm, 16.5 mm and 19 mm prisms, along with model-specific solutions for many popular bolt-action rifles. That approach matters in practice because digital night-vision and thermal sights often have their own mounting standards and dimensional requirements. By pairing a device-specific upper with a rifle-specific lower, the series gives a cleaner, more direct installation path for field use where repeatable removal, compact handling and a secure mechanical fit are more important than broad universal compatibility.

About the Rusan Pivot mount for Sauer 100/101, Pard NV008, one-piece

The Rusan Pivot mount for Sauer 100/101, Pard NV008, one-piece is a dedicated mounting solution for fitting a Pard NV008 digital night-vision sight to the Sauer 100/101 rifle platform. Instead of adapting the sight through a generic rail setup, this model uses a rifle-matched pivot arrangement that is built around the geometry of the Sauer action and the mounting standard of the Pard unit. The result is a neater installation with fewer compatibility compromises, which is especially useful on hunting rifles that are expected to remain practical and well balanced in the field.

The one-piece complete configuration is important because it supplies the mount as a full pivot assembly rather than only an upper section. That makes it suitable for users who want a direct, ready-to-fit pivot solution for a dedicated NV008 setup. The quick-release fixation adds flexibility in real use: the sight can be detached when needed for transport, storage or a change in rifle configuration, while the pivot format remains more integrated than a bulky add-on rail arrangement.

Steel construction gives the mount the stiffness and wear resistance expected from a working hunting mount, while the black finish keeps the appearance discreet on the rifle. As a category-specific mount for a digital night-vision sight, its main value lies not in extra adjustment features but in providing a stable, model-correct connection between the Sauer 100/101 and the Pard NV008 for practical low-light and night-time shooting applications.

About Rusan

Rusan comes from a family metalworking business whose roots go back to 1983. The company, Rusan-Mikron, is based in Marija Bistrica, Croatia, and has developed a strong focus on precision-made mounting solutions and related firearm components. Its product range includes scope mounts, scope rings, Picatinny rails and firearm tuning products, with a particularly relevant specialization in adapters for clip-on sights and mounts for night-vision and thermal devices.

The company’s background in this category is long-standing. Željko Rusan opened a gunsmith shop in 1986, and Rusan began producing scope mounts in 1993. In 2009, the company introduced its clip-on sight adapter clamp, reflecting its emphasis on practical interfaces between rifles and modern electro-optics. That experience is directly relevant to products such as pivot mounts for Pard, Pulsar and HIKMICRO devices, where precise fit and dependable mechanical engagement matter as much as the optic itself.
