Rusan Pivot Mount for Heym SR 21/30, SR Rail

• SR rail interface: Built for the Swarovski SR rail, this pivot mount gives a secure, repeatable connection without separate scope rings, helping keep the optic aligned and the setup streamlined.
• Quick-release pivot design: The Rusan Pivot Mount can be removed and reattached quickly, which is practical for transport, maintenance, or switching optics while preserving a consistent mounting position.
• Steel construction: A steel body provides the rigidity needed for a stable optic platform, supporting dependable zero retention under regular field use and repeated mounting cycles.
• Rifle-specific fit: Made for the Heym SR 21 and SR 30 platform, this mount is shaped around the rifle interface for a cleaner fit and more secure installation than a generic mounting solution.
• Complete pivot mount: As a complete mount with bases, it provides the core mounting hardware needed for compatible rifles, simplifying installation for an SR-rail hunting optics setup.

About the Rusan Pivot Mounts Series

Rusan Pivot Mounts are part of the company’s dedicated line of firearm optics mounts, developed for hunters and shooters who want a removable mounting system with a solid mechanical interface. The series includes both complete mounts with bases and versions supplied without bases, allowing the system to cover a wide range of rifle actions and existing mounting arrangements. Across the range, Rusan offers variants for specific rifle makes and models as well as different optic interfaces, including 11 mm prism, Picatinny rail, and rail-based scope standards.

A defining characteristic of the series is its steel construction combined with quick-release fixation. In practice, that gives the user a mount intended for repeated removal and reinstallation while maintaining the robust feel expected from a traditional pivot system. The lineup also spans multiple scope body formats, with complete mounts offered for common tube diameters as well as rail-equipped optics. This makes the series especially relevant for classic European hunting rifles, where a low, rifle-specific pivot mount remains a practical choice for combining secure attachment, clean handling, and convenient optic removal.

About the Rusan Pivot Mount for Heym SR 21/30, SR Rail

The Rusan Pivot Mount for Heym SR 21/30, SR Rail is a rifle-specific mounting solution for shooters using a Swarovski SR rail optic on compatible Heym rifles. Instead of relying on conventional rings, the SR rail interface supports a neat, direct-style attachment that suits premium hunting scopes designed around this mounting standard. That can help reduce unnecessary bulk around the scope body and gives a tidy installation on the rifle.

The pivot design is particularly useful on a hunting rifle such as the Heym SR 21 or Heym SR 30, where fast removal of the optic may be desirable for transport, storage, or access to the rifle. A quick-release mechanism makes that process more convenient, while the pivot-style arrangement is intended to return the sight to its mounted position with consistent alignment when reattached correctly. For users who alternate between optics or remove the scope after the hunt, that is one of the main practical advantages of this mounting style.

Its steel construction is equally important in use. A mount is the mechanical link between rifle and optic, so stiffness and durability matter for maintaining zero and resisting wear over time. As a complete mount with bases, this model is configured for the rifle interface rather than as a universal compromise, making it a sensible choice for a dedicated SR-rail hunting optics setup on the listed compatible platforms.

About Rusan

Rusan-Mikron is a Croatian manufacturer based in Marija Bistrica, with roots in the Rusan family’s metalworking business dating back to 1983. Željko Rusan opened a gunsmith shop in 1986, and the company began producing scope mounts in 1993. That background helps explain why mounting solutions remain central to the brand’s identity.

Today, Rusan is known for manufacturing scope mounts, scope rings, and Picatinny rails, along with firearm tuning products and adapters for optical devices. The company is also well established in the field of night-vision and thermal-imaging adapters, including its clip-on sight adapter clamp introduced in 2009. For buyers looking at hunting optics accessories, Rusan’s reputation is built on practical metalwork, rifle-specific fit, and a broad catalogue of mounting solutions for both traditional scopes and modern electro-optics.
