Rusan Pivot Mount for Browning A-Bolt I/II, Eurobolt, SR Rail

• Pivot quick-release design: The mount lets the optic be removed and reattached with repeatable positioning, which is useful when switching between sighting setups or transporting the rifle more compactly.
• SR rail interface: Built for Swarovski SR rail scopes, it provides a secure, aligned connection without separate scope rings, helping preserve a clean mounting setup.
• Steel construction: A steel body gives the mount the rigidity needed for dependable optic support and long service life under regular field use.
• Rifle-specific fit: This version is made for Browning A-Bolt I/II, Eurobolt and related actions, which simplifies installation and gives a mounting solution matched to the receiver.
• Complete pivot mount: As a complete mount in the Rusan pivot system, it combines the upper and base arrangement needed for the rifle, reducing guesswork when selecting compatible parts.

About the Rusan Pivot Mounts Series

Rusan Pivot Mounts are part of the company’s dedicated line of firearm optics mounts, developed for hunters and shooters who want a removable mounting system without giving up a solid mechanical interface. The series covers both complete mounts with bases and pivot mounts sold without bases, allowing the system to suit different rifles and existing setups. Across the range, Rusan offers versions for specific rifle makes and models as well as variants for different optic interfaces, including 11 mm prisms, Picatinny rails and rail-based scope connections.

A defining characteristic of the series is its steel construction and quick-release fixation. In practice, that gives the user a mount designed for repeated handling in the field, where an optic may need to be removed for transport, maintenance or a change of sighting system. The range also spans multiple scope-body formats, with complete pivot mounts offered for 26 (25.4), 30, 34, 36 and 40 mm tubes, alongside rail-specific versions. That broad compatibility makes the series relevant for traditional hunting rifles, modern sporting rifles with rail interfaces and optics that use proprietary mounting rails rather than standard rings.

About the Rusan Pivot Mount for Browning A-Bolt I/II, Eurobolt, SR Rail

The Rusan Pivot Mount for Browning A-Bolt I/II, Eurobolt, SR Rail is a rifle-specific mounting solution for shooters using a Swarovski SR rail scope on Browning A-Bolt and Eurobolt-pattern rifles. Instead of relying on conventional rings, this version is built around the SR rail interface, which gives a neat, direct connection to the optic and avoids ring alignment issues that can matter when fitting premium hunting optics.

Its main advantage is the combination of a pivot-style quick-release mount with a receiver fit matched to the Browning platform. For practical field use, that means the optic can be detached when needed and mounted back on the rifle with the same system geometry, which is useful for travel, storage or maintaining access to the rifle during cleaning and maintenance. Because this is a complete mount, it is intended as a ready rifle-and-optic pairing within the Rusan pivot family rather than a generic mounting part that requires extensive matching.

The use of steel is important here. On a hunting rifle, mount rigidity affects how securely the optic stays in place over time, especially when the rifle is carried often and exposed to repeated recoil and handling. This model is therefore best suited to users who want a traditional detachable mount format, a rail-specific interface for SR-rail scopes and a fit tailored to Browning A-Bolt I/II, Eurobolt and compatible actions such as selected Sako A7 variants listed for the same pattern.

About Rusan

Rusan is a Croatian manufacturer whose family metalworking business dates to 1983. The company, Rusan-Mikron, is based in Marija Bistrica, Croatia, and focuses on precision-made shooting accessories such as scope mounts, scope rings, Picatinny rails and firearm tuning products. That manufacturing background is especially relevant in the mounting category, where machining accuracy and repeatable fit are central to reliable optic installation.

The company expanded from gunsmithing into dedicated mount production in 1993, and later broadened its range with products for modern electro-optics, including adapter clamps for clip-on sights and adapters for night-vision and thermal-imaging devices. Rusan introduced its clip-on sight adapter clamp in 2009, reflecting its long-standing focus on practical interfaces between rifles and optics. Today, the brand is widely associated with mounting solutions for a broad range of rifle platforms and optic formats.
