Rusan Pivot mount for Benelli Argo, SR rail

• Quick-release pivot design: The pivot mechanism lets the optic come off and return to the rifle with repeatable positioning, which is useful for transport, maintenance, or switching between sighting setups without giving up a secure fit.
• SR rail interface: Built for Swarovski SR rail optics, this mount avoids separate scope rings and creates a clean, low-profile connection that supports stable alignment and straightforward installation.
• Steel construction: A steel mount body gives the assembly the rigidity needed for hard field use, helping the optic stay firmly supported on semi-automatic hunting rifles that see regular recoil and handling.
• Adjustable windage: Windage adjustment in the mount helps center the optic mechanically, which can preserve more internal scope adjustment for zeroing and fine correction at distance.
• Rifle-specific fit: This version is made for the Benelli Argo platform and related actions, giving a dedicated interface instead of a generic compromise mount.

About the Rusan Pivot Mounts Series

Rusan Pivot Mounts are part of the company’s dedicated line of firearm optics mounts, developed for shooters who want a removable mounting system with a solid mechanical lock-up. Within the wider Rusan range, the series covers complete pivot mounts in several configurations, including versions for 26 (25.4), 30, 34, 36, and 40 mm scope tubes as well as rail-based options for optics that do not use conventional rings. This makes the series relevant to both traditional hunting rifles and more specialized optics setups.

A defining characteristic of the series is its steel construction combined with quick-release fixation. In practice, that gives the user a mount intended for repeated removal and reattachment while maintaining the robust feel expected from a mechanical hunting mount. The range also includes versions supplied as complete mounts with bases and variants sold without bases, depending on the rifle interface. Because Rusan offers pivot-mount models for specific rifle makes, models, and mounting standards, the series is aimed at shooters who prefer a rifle-matched solution rather than a universal adapter system.

About the Rusan Pivot mount for Benelli Argo, SR rail

The Rusan Pivot mount for Benelli Argo, SR rail is a rifle-specific mounting solution for hunters using a Benelli Argo or compatible action with a scope built on the Swarovski SR rail standard. Instead of relying on separate rings, the rail-based upper interface creates a direct connection to the optic, which helps keep the setup tidy, mechanically simple, and well suited to premium hunting scopes that use this mounting format.

The practical advantage of this model lies in the combination of a pivot quick-detach layout and adjustable windage. A pivot mount is especially useful on a hunting rifle that may need to be packed, cleaned, or reconfigured between outings, because the optic can be removed and reinstalled with a consistent mechanical relationship to the rifle. Windage adjustment at the mount adds another layer of setup control by allowing the scope to be centered more efficiently during installation, reducing the need to use excessive internal correction in the optic itself.

Its steel construction suits the role of a durable field mount on a semi-automatic hunting platform, where secure retention and resistance to wear matter as much as convenience. As a dedicated mount for the Benelli Argo family rather than a generic rail-and-ring combination, it is designed for shooters who want a cleaner fit, repeatable handling, and compatibility with SR rail optics in a traditional hunting configuration.

About Rusan

Rusan-Mikron is a Croatian manufacturer based in Marija Bistrica, with roots in the Rusan family’s metalworking business dating back to 1983. Željko Rusan opened a gunsmith shop in 1986, and the company began producing scope mounts in 1993. That background explains why mounting solutions remain central to the brand’s identity.

Rusan specializes in scope mounts, scope rings, Picatinny rails, and firearm tuning products, and it is also well known for adapter systems used with night-vision and thermal clip-on devices. The company introduced its clip-on sight adapter clamp in 2009, expanding its reputation beyond conventional hunting optics hardware. Today, Rusan’s range covers both classic rifle-mounting solutions and interfaces for modern electro-optics, with a strong emphasis on precise machining and model-specific fit.
