Recknagel Two-Piece Weaver Base for Zastava 70

1. Precision Engineering: Each Recknagel two-piece Weaver base for the Zastava 70 is meticulously machined in Germany, ensuring a high degree of dimensional accuracy. This precision is vital for proper scope alignment and maintaining shooting accuracy, particularly important for demanding hunters and sport shooters.

2. Lightweight Durability: Crafted from black anodised aluminium, these bases offer an optimal balance of strength and minimal weight. This design choice is ideal for hunters who require reliable performance without adding unnecessary bulk to their firearm, enhancing portability in the field.

3. Flexible Mounting Solution: The two-piece design allows for greater flexibility in positioning your scope, accommodating various scope lengths and providing ample eye relief adjustments. However, it's crucial to acknowledge that achieving perfect alignment in height, longitudinal, and horizontal axes is paramount to prevent stress on the scope tube, often requiring professional gunsmith installation.

4. Economic Choice: As one of the most economical methods for mounting a rifle scope with Weaver rings, these bases are particularly appealing to budget-conscious hunters and recreational shooters. While they offer a cost-effective entry, the complexity of proper installation often necessitates professional assistance to avoid potential accuracy issues or damage to your optics.

ABOUT THE Recknagel Two-Piece Weaver Base for Zastava 70

The Recknagel Two-Piece Weaver Base for the Zastava 70 offers a traditional and economical solution for mounting optics. Manufactured from black anodised aluminium, these bases are designed to be lightweight yet robust, providing a stable platform for your scope. With a BH height of 5 mm, they allow for a low-profile setup, beneficial for maintaining a natural cheek weld and sight picture. This two-piece design provides enhanced flexibility for precise scope placement and eye relief adjustment, catering to individual shooter preferences. However, it's critical to note that due to their two-piece nature, achieving perfect alignment across the height, longitudinal, and horizontal axes is essential to prevent flex or stress on your scope. Such precise installation typically requires the expertise of a professional gunsmith, making these bases a more involved installation compared to a single-piece Picatinny rail. They are ideally suited for hunters and recreational shooters seeking a durable, lightweight, and versatile mounting option for their Zastava 70 rifle, provided they are willing to invest in meticulous installation to ensure optimal performance and optic longevity.
