Pixfra Pegasus P450

• 50 mm F1.0 objective lens: the large aperture gathers more thermal energy, which helps the scope hold image brightness and target definition when conditions are cold, damp, or otherwise challenging.
• 384x288 VOx sensor with 12 μm pixel pitch: this sensor format gives the Pixfra Pegasus P450 a practical balance of detail, detection reach, and manageable base magnification for hunting and field observation.
• Detection range of 2600 m: long detection capability helps users pick up heat sources early, giving more time to assess movement and terrain before closing distance.
• FHD OLED display with PIPS technology: the high-resolution screen and image processing system support a clearer, more comfortable viewing image with low latency, which matters when scanning and tracking moving game.
• Up to 15 hours of battery life: the rechargeable power system is suited to extended outings, reducing the need to interrupt a hunt or observation session for battery changes.

About the Pixfra Pegasus Series

Pixfra Pegasus is a thermal riflescope series built around a familiar day-scope form factor, giving hunters and outdoor users a thermal optic that handles more like a conventional riflescope than a bulky specialist device. In the Pixfra lineup, the series sits as a dedicated thermal riflescope family for applications such as hunting, outdoor exploration, and wildlife observation, with several models covering different detector resolutions and lens sizes.

Across the range, Pegasus models use an uncooled vanadium-oxide focal-plane detector with a 12 μm pixel pitch and 50 Hz frame rate, paired with an FHD OLED display and PIPS image processing. This combination is aimed at smooth viewing, useful thermal contrast, and a more natural image when scanning or tracking. The series also keeps a traditional riflescope layout with a 30 mm tube diameter, which supports a lower mounting position and familiar handling on the rifle. Depending on model, Pegasus scopes are available with 384 × 288 or 640 × 512 detector resolutions and either 35 mm or 50 mm lenses, so the series covers both wider-field and longer-reach preferences. Pixfra also equips the line with recoil-activated video and audio recording and 64 GB of built-in storage, making it practical for documenting shots and reviewing field activity afterward.

About the Pixfra Pegasus P450

Pixfra Pegasus P450 is the longer-reach 384-resolution model in the series, combining a 4.55x optical magnification with a 50 mm F1.0 objective lens for users who want more native image scale before applying digital zoom. That makes it especially well suited to hunting from fixed positions, field-edge observation, and other situations where positive target assessment at distance matters more than a very wide scanning view. The scope’s 2600 m detection range supports early heat-source pickup, while the larger objective helps preserve thermal input for better separation of animals from background clutter.

Its 384x288 VOx uncooled sensor, 12.00 μm pixel pitch, and 30.00 mK NETD work together to deliver useful thermal detail and sensitivity, helping the image show smaller temperature differences that can matter in poor weather or low-contrast terrain. The 50.00 Hz refresh rate keeps motion looking smoother when panning or following moving targets. On the viewing side, the 1440x1080 OLED display gives the shooter a crisp presentation with strong apparent contrast, and the diopter adjustment helps tailor the image to individual eyesight.

The scope also emphasizes practical field use. Video recording, image capture, and video output support documentation and external viewing, while WiFi connectivity adds another layer of convenience for device integration. A metal housing, waterproof and fogproof construction, and an operating range of -30°C to +50°C suit demanding outdoor conditions. With up to 15.00 h of battery life from its rechargeable battery, the P450 is configured for long sessions without frequent power interruptions.
