Meprolight Mepro Evergreen for Beretta

• Self-illuminated sight picture: The tritium-based design stays visible in low light without switches or batteries, so the pistol remains ready for defensive use at any hour.
• Fixed-duty construction: A fixed sight set keeps the setup simple and durable, helping maintain a consistent point of aim on carry or service pistols.
• Dot-and-bar alignment: The front dot and rear bar arrangement gives a fast visual reference that helps the eye center the front sight quickly during close-range shooting.
• Steel sight bodies: A metal housing is built for repeated holster use and routine training, giving the sight set the robustness expected on a working handgun.
• Beretta-specific fit: This version is made for compatible Beretta pistols, providing a dedicated replacement sight set rather than a generic compromise.

About the Meprolight Evergreen Series

Meprolight Evergreen is a handgun sight family developed as an LED-illuminated pistol sight series for both daytime and nighttime use. Within Meprolight’s handgun-sight offering, the series focuses on shooters who want an always-available illuminated aiming reference on a defensive or duty pistol, while keeping the familiar handling of conventional iron sights. The concept centers on a clear illuminated sight picture built into durable metal housings, so the shooter gains better visibility without changing the basic manual of arms.

Across the series, Meprolight uses LED light sources in the front and rear housings to create a three-dot arrangement, and the manufacturer states that the power source supports five consecutive years of operation. The line is intended for use on both stationary and moving targets, which makes it relevant for concealed carry, home defense, and general range practice. Selected versions are also offered with an illuminated front sight paired with a non-illuminated rear in either a U-shaped or square-notch format, showing that the series is built around practical sight acquisition rather than target-style complexity.

About the Meprolight Mepro Evergreen for Beretta

The Meprolight Mepro Evergreen for Beretta is a dedicated handgun night sight set built for shooters who want a simple, durable upgrade over standard factory irons. Its main advantage is not magnification or adjustment, but immediate visibility: the sight picture is designed to remain easy to read when ambient light drops, while still preserving the direct, instinctive presentation that makes iron sights effective on a carry pistol. For defensive handguns and routine training alike, that means less reliance on external light and less delay in finding the front sight.

This model uses a dot-and-bar alignment, a layout chosen for speed. Instead of asking the eye to process a more complex pattern, it gives a straightforward reference that helps the shooter level and center the pistol quickly at practical handgun distances. Because the sights are fixed, there are no exposed adjustment parts to snag, loosen, or distract from a clean draw. That makes the set especially suitable for everyday carry or service use, where consistency and durability matter more than frequent zero changes.

The sight bodies are finished in black, keeping glare low and preserving a clean profile on the slide. As a tritium night sight system, the set is oriented toward readiness in low-light conditions without adding operational steps. On a Beretta platform, this gives the shooter a robust replacement sight set that supports faster alignment, dependable carry use, and a familiar shooting experience under changing light conditions.

About Meprolight

Meprolight was founded in 1990 as a supplier of sights and battle optics to the Israel Defense Forces. Based in Or Akiva, Israel, the company develops and manufactures optical and electro-optical sighting systems for military, law-enforcement, and civilian users. It operates as a division of SK Group, and its product range covers conventional sights, tritium night sights, reflex optics, thermal sights, magnified optics, magnifiers, and night-vision systems.

That background is especially relevant in the handgun-sight category, where reliability, rapid target acquisition, and low-light usability are central requirements. Meprolight’s catalog spans sighting systems for pistols, rifles, shotguns, and carbines, reflecting a design approach shaped by practical field use rather than purely sporting applications. In pistol sights, the brand is particularly associated with durable self-illuminated and defensive-oriented sighting solutions.
