Meprolight FT Bullseye for CZ 75/85

• Fiber-Optic and Tritium Illumination: The FT Bullseye sight stays visible in bright daylight and in low light without batteries, so the pistol is ready for carry or defensive use at any time.
• Bullseye Aiming System: Its single-sight outline design replaces the usual front-and-rear alignment process, helping the shooter center the aiming reference faster under stress.
• Fixed Rear Sight Format: The fixed configuration keeps the setup simple and durable, with no exposed adjustment parts to snag or shift during daily carry.
• Aluminium Housing: The metal body keeps weight low while providing the rigidity needed for repeated slide movement and regular handgun use.
• CZ 75/85 Fitment: This version is made for the CZ 75/85 platform, giving owners of that pistol pattern a dedicated FT Bullseye installation rather than a generic sight solution.

About the Meprolight FT Bullseye Series

Meprolight FT Bullseye sits in the brand’s current handgun-sights lineup as a compact, battery-free sighting system built around fast defensive shooting. The family includes front-sight and rear-sight versions, giving shooters different ways to apply the same central idea: a simplified aiming reference that is quicker to read than a conventional notch-and-post arrangement. Across the series, Meprolight combines fiber optics for daytime illumination with tritium for low-light use, so the sight picture remains visible across changing light conditions without switches, electronics, or charging routines.

The FT Bullseye concept is aimed at practical handgun use, especially concealed carry and defensive pistols where speed, compactness, and snag-free handling matter more than target-style adjustment features. The series is defined by its self-illuminated design, low-profile shape, and intuitive bullseye-style sight picture. That makes it particularly relevant for shooters who want a faster visual reference while keeping the pistol slim enough for holster use. Within Meprolight’s handgun range, FT Bullseye stands apart for turning a traditional iron-sight format into a more reflex-like aiming experience while still remaining a rugged, always-on mechanical sight.

About the Meprolight FT Bullseye for CZ 75/85

The Meprolight FT Bullseye for CZ 75/85 is a dedicated rear sight for the CZ 75/85 platform that brings the FT Bullseye concept to a proven steel-frame service pistol. Instead of asking the shooter to align separate front and rear elements, this sight uses an outline-based bullseye reference that is designed to be read quickly. In practical terms, that can reduce visual clutter during close-range defensive shooting and help the eye find the aiming point faster when the pistol is brought on target from the holster.

This model uses fiber-optic and tritium illumination, combining daylight visibility with low-light readiness in one unit. Because the system is self-illuminated, it remains active without batteries, which suits a carry pistol that may spend long periods holstered but still needs to be immediately usable. The fixed sight adjustment also supports that role: there are no external controls to manage, and the sight keeps a clean exterior profile for daily handling.

The housing is made from aluminium and finished in black, giving the sight a durable, understated form that matches the practical character of the CZ 75/85. As a tritium night sight, it is intended for users who want a compact upgrade for defensive or duty-oriented handgun use rather than a competition-style adjustable setup. The result is a sighting system focused on speed, simplicity, and constant readiness.

About Meprolight

Meprolight was founded in 1990 as a supplier of sights and battle optics to the Israel Defense Forces. Based in Or Akiva, Israel, the company develops and manufactures optical and electro-optical sighting systems for military, law-enforcement, and civilian users. Its product range covers conventional sights, tritium night sights, reflex optics, magnified optics, thermal devices, and night-vision systems, reflecting a broad focus on practical aiming solutions across small arms platforms.

Within the handgun category, Meprolight is particularly well known for self-illuminated sighting systems that combine compact dimensions with duty-oriented durability. The company also builds products for rifles, shotguns, and carbines, and it operates as a division of SK Group. That background is relevant to the FT Bullseye line, which applies Meprolight’s long-standing experience in combat-oriented sight design to a simplified pistol sight picture for defensive carry and service-style use.
