MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount, Rotational Lock, for LM Rail

• One-piece pivot construction: The single-piece design keeps the optic interface aligned as one unit, which helps maintain consistent positioning and simplifies installation on suitable pivot bases.
• Rotational lock system: The rotating lock gives the mount a secure closing action with a straightforward operating movement, making it practical for repeatable mounting and removal in the field.
• LM Rail interface: Built for optics with an LM Rail, this version avoids separate scope rings and provides a clean, stable connection for compatible rail-equipped riflescopes.
• Low 4.00 mm build height: The compact overall height helps keep the optic close to the bore, supporting a more natural cheek weld and a balanced rifle setup.
• Aluminium construction: The aluminium body keeps weight under control while still providing the rigidity needed for a dependable hunting or sporting rifle mount.

About the MAKflex Series

MAKflex is MAK’s modular pivot bridge mount family for rifles and break-action firearms. The series is built around the idea that a pivot mount should combine a traditional mounting concept with modern flexibility, so it is offered in multiple configurations for different base systems and optic interfaces. Within the range, shooters can find versions for EAW base plates, Merkel mounts, Leupold Quick Release bases, and original Steyr mounts, along with options for scope tubes and rail-based optics.

A defining characteristic of the series is its modular layout. Different pivot-foot options, interface choices, and ring-diameter variants allow the mount to be matched to the rifle and optic rather than forcing a one-format solution. MAK also offers the line with either a rotating lock or a lever lock, letting users choose the operating style that best suits their rifle and handling preferences. The result is a mount family aimed at hunters and shooters who want the repeatability of a pivot system with broader compatibility across modern optics.

About the MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount, Rotational Lock, for LM Rail

The MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount in this configuration is designed for shooters using a riflescope with an LM Rail and a rifle set up for dovetail-type pivot bases. Its one-piece layout creates a direct, tidy connection between rifle and optic, which is especially useful when a rail-mounted scope is preferred over traditional ring mounting. By using the rail interface, the mount supports secure positioning of compatible optics while keeping the setup streamlined.

This version uses MAK’s rotational lock, a practical choice for users who want the handling characteristics of a pivot mount with a positive locking movement. In field use, that matters because a pivot system is often chosen by hunters and traditional sporting-rifle owners who may remove the optic for transport, switch configurations, or simply value the compact handling of a rifle without the scope installed. The locking arrangement is intended to make that process controlled and repeatable.

The mount body is made from aluminium, balancing rigidity with moderate weight, and it has a stated 4.00 mm height. That low profile helps keep the optic close to the rifle, which can improve head position and preserve the handling qualities of the firearm. For a hunting optics setup built around an LM Rail scope, this MAKflex mount focuses on secure attachment, low mounting height, and the familiar function of a classic pivot system.
