LunaVision Magnetic Mount, 25-27 mm

• Magnetic attachment: The magnetic design gives the mount a fast, tool-free way to attach to suitable metal surfaces, which is useful when fitting an illuminator or similar accessory quickly in the field.
• Fits 25–27 mm bodies: Built for accessories in the 25–27 mm diameter range, this mount suits compact cylindrical devices and helps keep them secure without needing a more complex bracket system.
• Aluminium construction: The aluminium body keeps weight low while providing the rigidity needed for regular field use, making it a practical match for lightweight night-vision accessories.
• 0 MOA alignment: With 0 MOA inclination, the mount keeps the accessory in a neutral position, which is appropriate when no built-in angular offset is required.
• Simple fixed layout: The non-adjustable windage design reduces complexity and gives this mount a straightforward, compact form for users who want a basic mounting solution.

About the LunaVision Mounts Series

LunaVision Mounts is a compact accessory line built around the brand’s night-vision and infrared illumination products. The series is listed in four versions in the official LunaVision shop, covering several common mounting needs for compact hunting optics and support accessories. Within the range are a 30 mm riflescope mount with Weaver rail, two 25 mm quick-release mounts in side and top configurations, and a magnetic mount for 25–27 mm devices.

The series is aimed at users who need a practical way to position external accessories such as IR illuminators on a rifle or other suitable platform. Its design approach is straightforward: keep the mounts compact, easy to fit, and matched to the cylindrical housings commonly used on LunaVision equipment. That makes the range relevant for hunters and night-vision users who want a simple mounting solution without unnecessary bulk. Across the series, the emphasis is on compatibility with common tube diameters and on offering different attachment styles so the accessory can be placed where it works best for the setup.

About the LunaVision Magnetic Mount, 25-27 mm

The LunaVision Magnetic Mount, 25-27 mm is a simple accessory mount intended for compact cylindrical devices that need a fast, uncomplicated attachment method. Its defining feature is the magnetic mounting system, which allows quick positioning on a suitable metal surface without the extra steps associated with clamp-based or rail-based solutions. For users working with night-vision accessories or external illuminators, that can make setup faster and easier when a lightweight support option is all that is needed.

The mount is specified for 25–27 mm body diameters, which makes it suitable for slim accessory tubes rather than larger optics. This size range is especially relevant for compact illumination devices and similar equipment where a close, secure fit matters. The aluminium construction keeps the mount light and practical for field use while still offering the stiffness expected from a metal support component. Its black finish also helps it blend in visually with typical hunting and night-vision equipment.

With 0 MOA inclination, the mount holds the accessory in a neutral orientation, and the absence of windage adjustment keeps the design straightforward. That simplicity is part of the appeal: this is a compact mount for users who want a direct, no-frills way to attach a 25–27 mm accessory where magnetic retention is the preferred solution.

About LunaVision

LunaVision focuses on accessories for night-vision use, with a product line that includes external infrared illuminators designed to extend the practical performance of compatible devices. The brand’s illuminators are offered with 850 nm or 940 nm infrared wavelengths and are available with either an OSRAM LED or a laser emitter, giving users options for different visibility and beam characteristics. A key part of the LunaVision concept is practical field adjustment: the illuminators provide continuous power control as well as horizontal and vertical beam alignment, allowing the light output to be matched to the device and the shooting or observation distance.

The illuminators use a single 18650 battery and are specified with a 6°–10° beam divergence and an operating temperature range of −20 °C to +40 °C. This points to a brand centered on straightforward, purpose-built night-hunting accessories rather than a broad general optics catalogue.
