Leica RANGEMASTER CRF Neoprene Cover

• Tailored protective fit: The cover is shaped for the Leica Rangemaster CRF platform, so it wraps closely around the rangefinder and helps shield the housing from knocks, scratches, and abrasion during transport and field use.
• Windproof and weatherproof neoprene: The neoprene construction adds a protective outer layer that resists damp weather and cold wind, helping keep the rangefinder easier to handle in changing hunting conditions.
• Elastic, quick-on design: The stretchable outer skin makes the cover easy to fit and remove, so the rangefinder stays protected without slowing access when moving between glassing and ranging.
• Integrated loop for gloved handling: A small built-in loop improves grip when attaching or removing the cover, which is especially useful in cold weather when fine hand movements are reduced.
• Broad Rangemaster compatibility: Designed for all Rangemasters and Pinmasters, this accessory gives Leica rangefinder users a simple way to add protection without changing how the device carries or handles.

About the Leica Accesories Series

Leica Accesories brings together the support equipment and protective add-ons that complement the brand’s sport optics range. The series covers practical field items for binoculars, spotting scopes, and Rangemaster laser rangefinders, with an emphasis on secure handling, transport, and stable observation. Rather than adding complexity, these accessories are designed to make Leica optics easier to use in real outdoor conditions.

Within the range are tripod solutions, adapters, and protective components built around the needs of hunting and observation users. Leica has included items such as binocular tripod adapters, dedicated Rangemaster CRF tripod mounting solutions, and video heads intended for spotting scopes, binoculars, and camera use. Across the series, the design approach is practical: durable materials, straightforward attachment methods, and compatibility with standard field equipment. That makes the line a natural fit for users who want their optics setup to remain compact, dependable, and ready for regular outdoor use.

About the Leica RANGEMASTER CRF Neoprene Cover

The Leica RANGEMASTER CRF Neoprene Cover is a purpose-built protective accessory for Leica laser rangefinders, made for users who carry their equipment through rough ground, wet weather, and repeated daily handling. Its main advantage is not bulk protection, but a close, flexible layer that helps preserve the finish and body of the rangefinder while keeping the unit easy to carry and quick to access.

The cover is made from neoprene, a material chosen for its combination of elasticity, weather resistance, and low added weight. At 110.00 g, it adds protection without making a compact rangefinder feel cumbersome on a neck strap or in a pocket. Leica’s tailored design almost completely encases the device, which helps reduce wear from rubbing against clothing, pack straps, or other gear. Because the material is windproof and weatherproof, it also adds a useful barrier in cold or damp conditions where bare housings can feel slippery or exposed.

A particularly practical detail is the integrated loop, which makes the cover easier to attach or remove, even with gloves on. That matters in the field, where accessories need to work quickly and without fuss. Built for all Rangemasters and Pinmasters, this Leica rangefinder accessory suits hunters and outdoor users who want dependable protection while preserving the compact handling that defines the Rangemaster CRF format.

About Leica

Leica Camera AG traces its history to 1869, when Ernst Leitz took over Carl Kellner’s Optical Institute in Wetzlar. Headquartered in Wetzlar, Germany, Leica is known for precision optical products and today makes cameras, lenses, and a broad range of sport optics equipment. In this field, Leica Sport Optics includes binoculars, spotting scopes, riflescopes, and rangefinders.

Leica has a long connection with observation optics. Ernst Leitz introduced the company’s first binoculars in 1907, the Trinovid line entered production in 1958, and Leica introduced the Geovid in 1992 as the first binoculars with an integrated rangefinder. That background is directly relevant to the Rangemaster family, which focuses on compact laser distance-measuring devices built around Leica’s experience in optical design and field use.
