Konus Konusfire 3-9x32

• 3-9x variable magnification: The zoom range covers the practical middle ground for stalking and general hunting use, giving a wider view at 3x for quicker target acquisition and more precision at 9x for careful shot placement at longer distances.
• 32 mm objective with coated optics: The compact front lens keeps the scope light and easy to mount low, while the coated lenses help maintain image brightness and contrast for clearer aiming in mixed daylight conditions.
• 30/30 reticle in the second focal plane: The familiar SFP reticle keeps the same apparent size through the zoom range, so the sight picture stays easy to read and uncluttered for straightforward hunting and range use.
• 1/4 MOA capped turrets: Fine click adjustments allow precise zeroing, while the capped design protects the settings from accidental movement when the rifle is carried in the field.
• Waterproof, fogproof and shockproof build: The sealed construction is made for regular outdoor use, helping the scope stay dependable through rain, temperature changes and repeated recoil.

About the Konus Fire Series

The Konus Fire series sits in Konus’s hunting riflescope range as an accessible line for beginners and nonprofessional shooters who want a simple, dependable optic for general field use. In the current family, the series includes a 4x32 fixed-power model and a 3-9x32 variable-power version, giving buyers a choice between maximum simplicity and added flexibility.

Across the line, the emphasis is on practical essentials rather than specialized features. Konus pairs coated optics with a traditional 30/30 reticle, a combination that favors a clear, familiar sight picture for hunting rifles and casual target shooting. The series also uses 1/4 MOA adjustable turrets, which provide enough precision for proper zeroing without making the scope mechanically complicated. This design approach keeps the Konus Fire models easy to understand, easy to mount and well suited to rifles that are carried often and shot at ordinary sporting distances. For shooters looking for a compact hunting riflescope with straightforward controls, the series is built around usability, modest weight and uncomplicated operation.

About the Konus Konusfire 3-9x32

The Konus Konusfire 3-9x32 is a compact variable-power riflescope intended for stalking, small-game hunting and general sporting use where low weight and simple handling matter as much as magnification. Its 3-9x magnification range gives it broader usefulness than a fixed-power scope: at 3x it is easier to follow moving game or shoot at shorter distances, while 9x provides the extra image scale needed for more deliberate shots and better target definition farther out.

The optical system combines a 32.00 mm objective with multicoated lenses, helping the scope deliver a clear, practical image in normal daylight and during the brighter parts of the morning and evening. An exit pupil of 10.60 mm at 3x makes the image easy to pick up quickly at low power, while the narrower 3.50 mm at 9x supports more precise aiming when magnification is increased. The field of view, from 15.80 m/100m down to 13.10 m/100m, stays suitable for general hunting work without making the scope feel overly specialized.

This model uses a second focal plane reticle with no illumination, keeping the sight picture consistent and uncluttered across the zoom range. Its 1/4 MOA capped turrets are aimed at shooters who zero once and then rely on holdover rather than frequent dialing. With a 305.00 mm length, 360.00 g weight and a waterproof, fogproof, shockproof construction, it remains easy to carry on a light hunting rifle and practical for regular outdoor use.

About Konus

Konus was founded in 1979 in Verona, Italy, and has built its name around optics for hunting and target shooting as well as a broader range of outdoor observation products. The company operates as Konus Italia Group S.p.A. and is based in Settimo di Pescantina, Italy. Within the shooting optics category, Konus is known for offering riflescopes that cover entry-level hunting use through to more specialized configurations.

Its catalog includes established lines such as Konuspro M-30 and T-30, and the brand has also developed optics with laser-etched reticles. That background is relevant here because it shows Konus’s long-standing focus on practical sporting optics rather than one-off models. In riflescopes, the brand’s approach typically combines straightforward mechanical layouts, field-oriented reticle choices and accessible configurations for hunters and recreational shooters.
