Hikmicro Stellar SH50L 3.0

• Integrated 1000 m laser rangefinder: the built-in LRF keeps the traditional riflescope form while giving precise distance data and ballistic support, helping with faster, more confident shot placement in the field.
• 384×288, 12 μm thermal sensor: this sensor format balances detail, responsiveness and practical detection capability, making it easier to identify heat signatures and separate animals from background clutter.
• NETD 15 mK sensitivity: very fine thermal sensitivity improves image separation in rain, fog, high humidity and low-contrast temperature conditions, when weaker sensors lose detail.
• 2560×2560 OLED display: the high-resolution OLED screen presents a large, crisp viewing image that supports more precise aiming and easier observation during longer sessions.
• Traditional 30 mm scope format: the classic riflescope layout works with standard 30 mm rings and familiar handling, so the thermal optic fits naturally on hunting rifles without the bulk of many digital designs.

About the Hikmicro Stellar Series

The Hikmicro Stellar series is a family of thermal riflescopes built for hunters who want thermal imaging in a traditional day-scope format. Rather than using a bulky housing or a highly electronic external shape, the series follows a conventional riflescope layout and mounts with standard 30 mm rings, which makes it a practical choice for familiar rifle setups. Within Hikmicro’s thermal scope range, STELLAR sits as a dedicated hunting line focused on combining field-ready ergonomics with modern thermal capability.

The series supports multiple reticle profiles and zeroing profiles, which is useful for shooters running different loads or rifles. It also includes onboard video recording and snapshot capture, allowing hunts and observations to be documented without extra equipment. Original STELLAR models used uncooled focal-plane-array thermal sensors, and the line is defined by a balance of usable thermal performance, straightforward controls and a scope-like shooting position. Reticle flexibility is another hallmark of the series, with several reticle groups, color choices and reticle types that let the optic be configured for different backgrounds, target sizes and shooting preferences.

About the Hikmicro Stellar SH50L 3.0

The Hikmicro Stellar SH50L 3.0 is a thermal LRF riflescope designed for hunting situations where target detection, distance confirmation and precise aiming all need to happen quickly. Its 50 mm F1.0 objective lens and 2600 m detection range give it the reach expected from a scope intended for open ground, woodland edges and night-time observation from elevated positions. The optical magnification starts at 6x and extends to 24x, giving the SH50L 3.0 enough base magnification for deliberate shooting while still offering extra zoom for checking detail at longer distances.

At the core of the scope is a 384×288 VOx uncooled sensor with 12 μm pixel pitch, 15 mK NETD and a 50 Hz refresh rate. In practice, this means smoother viewing and better separation of subtle heat differences, especially when animals do not stand out strongly from the terrain. The 2560×2560 OLED display provides a large, sharp image that helps the shooter read the scene more comfortably, while Hikmicro’s SH50L 3.0 platform also supports image capture, video recording and WiFi connectivity for storing and sharing footage.

A major advantage of this model is its built-in 1000 m laser rangefinder with ballistic software. That combination reduces guesswork at varying distances and makes the scope more useful where holdover decisions need to be made quickly. With 10 reticles, a 45 mm eye relief, aluminium construction, waterproof and fogproof protection, and up to 9 hours of battery life from its internal and external power arrangement, the SH50L 3.0 is built for extended use in demanding weather and low-light hunting conditions.

About Hikmicro

HIKMICRO was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, China. The company specializes in thermal imaging, while also working with visible-light imaging, ultrasonic technology, electromagnetic technology and radar. In the outdoor optics segment, HIKMICRO has developed a broad range that includes thermal monoculars, thermal scopes, thermal clip-ons, digital day-and-night scopes and multispectrum binoculars.

Its product portfolio is organized into distinct lines for different uses. Thermal monocular families include LYNX, FALCON and CONDOR, while STELLAR and THUNDER are established thermal scope series. HIKMICRO’s outdoor development has been closely tied to compact thermal detector technology, including 12 μm thermal detectors offered in 256×192, 384×288 and 640×512 resolutions. That background is directly relevant to products such as the Stellar SH50L 3.0, where the company’s focus on thermal sensing, field usability and dedicated hunting optics comes together in a riflescope-style platform.
