Explore Scientific Teleextender 3x 50,8mm

1. Optimal Magnification: This 3x teleextender effectively triples the focal length of your telescope, providing significantly higher magnification for detailed views of celestial objects. It is particularly useful for scrutinizing lunar craters, planetary features, or resolving close double stars, making it an indispensable tool for both visual observation and high-resolution astrophotography.

2. 2" Barrel Design: Featuring a 50.8mm (2") barrel, this teleextender is natively compatible with most modern astronomical telescopes equipped with 2-inch focusers or diagonals. Its robust construction ensures a secure and stable connection, minimizing any wobble or misalignment that could degrade image quality.

3. Versatile Use: Designed for universal application, the Teleextender 3x is perfect for increasing image scale for planetary imaging or achieving higher powers with your favorite eyepieces. Its compatibility allows it to be placed between the telescope's focuser and a diagonal or directly before a camera or eyepiece, offering flexibility in your setup.

4. Precision Optics: Engineered with multi-coated optical elements, the teleextender delivers exceptional light transmission and contrast. This advanced coating reduces unwanted reflections and ghosting, ensuring sharp, clear, and bright images across the field of view. The careful manufacturing of these optical components guarantees long-term performance and reliability.

ABOUT THE EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC TELEEXTENDER 3X 50,8MM

The Explore Scientific Teleextender 3x 50.8mm stands out by transforming your telescope's optical system to achieve significantly higher magnifications. Unlike standard Barlow lenses, a teleextender is typically designed to work with a longer back focus, offering specific advantages for astrophotography set-ups where camera placement is crucial. This model provides a precise 3x magnification factor, making it ideal for detailed observations of the Moon and planets, where resolving fine surface features is paramount. It features a robust 50.8mm (2") barrel, ensuring excellent compatibility with a wide range of astronomical equipment. Its intelligent design and multi-coated optics guarantee minimal chromatic aberration and maximum light throughput, resulting in crisp, high-contrast images. Whether used for visual astronomy to push the limits of your telescope's magnification or to achieve critical image scale for planetary imaging, its mechanical precision ensures stable performance. The use of original accessories and spare parts, like this teleextender, is crucial for prolonging the lifetime and maintaining the optimal performance of your valuable astronomical instruments.
