Caldwell E-Max Electronic Hearing Protection

1. Enhanced Situational Awareness: The E-Max utilizes two independent microphones to process sounds, allowing you to hear range commands and conversations clearly while still protecting against harmful gunshots. This stereo sound capability is crucial for safety and communication in shooting environments.

2. Superior Noise Reduction: With a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 23 dB, these ear defenders effectively attenuate loud impulses from firearms, safeguarding your hearing during shooting sports, hunting, or other noisy activities. The electronic compression circuitry reacts quickly to suppress sounds above a safe decibel level.

3. Comfort and Practicality: Designed with a low-profile cup shape, the E-Max minimizes interference with firearm stocks, ensuring a comfortable and unobstructed shooting experience. The adjustable padded headband ensures a snug fit for prolonged wear, making these ideal for extended sessions at the range or in the field.

4. Versatile Connectivity: An integrated 3.5mm auxiliary input jack allows users to connect external audio devices such as smartphones or two-way radios. This feature enhances versatility, enabling communication or entertainment without compromising hearing protection.

ABOUT THE CALDWELL E-MAX ELECTRONIC HEARING PROTECTION

The Caldwell E-Max Electronic Hearing Protection stands out in its class by offering a perfect blend of comfort, protection, and functionality. Unlike passive ear protection, the E-Max features advanced electronic sound amplification that allows low-level sounds, like conversations or range commands, to be heard naturally. This is critical for safety and communication whether you're at the shooting range, hunting, or involved in tactical training. Its Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 23 dB provides robust protection against sudden, loud noises such as gunshots, automatically compressing them to safe levels. The low-profile ear cup design is a significant advantage, particularly for rifle and shotgun shooters, as it prevents interference with the firearm's stock. Constructed from durable, impact-resistant plastics with comfortable ear cushions, these protectors are built for demanding use cases and are favored by hunters, sport shooters, and law enforcement personnel who require reliable hearing safety without sacrificing situational awareness.
