UTG Ambidextrous 5-Position Foldable Foregrip

• 5-Position Folding Design: The foregrip can be set at multiple angles, letting the rifle be configured for a more vertical hold, a lower-profile support position, or a compact folded setup to suit different shooting styles and storage needs.
• Ambidextrous Grip Panels: Removable side panels create space for pressure switch placement, giving left- and right-handed shooters a cleaner way to manage light or laser controls without adding extra bulk.
• Reinforced Lockup: The folding mechanism is built to hold its selected position securely, which helps maintain a consistent support-hand index during movement, transitions, and repeated firing strings.
• Impact-Resistant Polymer Body: The polymer construction keeps weight down while standing up to hard field use, making it a practical choice for rifles that need added control without unnecessary front-end mass.
• Internal Storage Compartment: A storage cavity inside the grip provides room for small essentials, keeping compact items on the rifle and immediately accessible when needed.

About the UTG Accessories Series

UTG Accessories covers a broad range of shooting-sport components built around practical function and straightforward compatibility. As part of the UTG catalog from Leapers, the series includes both firearm components and optic-related accessories, giving users a consistent ecosystem for configuring rifles, carbines, and supporting equipment. The line sits in the brand's wider accessory offering rather than being limited to one narrow application, which is why it includes everything from scope accessories to rail-mounted handling components.

Within that range, the series emphasizes field-ready utility, simple installation, and designs that address common handling needs without unnecessary complexity. For rifle accessories, that usually means durable materials, ambidextrous layouts where appropriate, and mounting formats that integrate easily with established platforms. The overall design philosophy is practical rather than specialized: accessories are meant to improve control, carry, mounting flexibility, or day-to-day usability for hunting and shooting applications. In that context, UTG Accessories products are typically chosen by shooters who want dependable hardware for general-purpose rifle setups, training carbines, and range use.

About the UTG Ambidextrous 5-Position Foldable Foregrip

The UTG Ambidextrous 5-Position Foldable Foregrip is designed for rifle users who want more control at the front end of the firearm without committing to a fixed grip angle. Its defining feature is the 5-position folding layout, which allows the grip to be used fully vertical, angled, or folded down depending on the rifle's role. In practice, that means the same foregrip can support a more traditional vertical hold for recoil management, a lower-profile position for supported shooting, or a compact folded configuration for storage and transport.

The ambidextrous removable grip panels add another layer of function by allowing pressure switch placement, which is especially useful on rifles fitted with weapon lights or lasers. This helps keep activation controls close to the support hand and reduces the need for extra cable-routing accessories. The reinforced lockup is equally important in use, because a folding grip only works well when it stays firmly in the selected position during movement and repeated handling.

Its polymer construction keeps weight to 196.00 g, so the rifle gains a more secure indexing point without becoming noticeably front-heavy. An internal storage compartment inside the grip core adds practical utility for small essentials, while the overall format suits rifles that use a rail-mounted vertical foregrip to improve handling, retention, and consistency in dynamic shooting positions.

About UTG

UTG is a brand of Leapers, Inc., a company founded in Michigan in 1992. Leapers is headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, United States, and develops optics and accessories for hunting and shooting sports. The company began with a compact 4×28 scope as its first product and later expanded into a broad catalog that includes riflescopes, mounts, scope rings, bipods, and firearm accessories.

In the years since, Leapers has broadened both its manufacturing and product development capabilities. It introduced the UTG PRO line of U.S.-made products in 2009 and established a UTG optics research and manufacturing center in Taiwan in 2018. More recently, Leapers introduced the INTEGRIX premium optics brand in 2022. That background gives UTG a strong position in practical shooting accessories, where compatibility, durability, and functional design matter more than unnecessary complexity.
