About the Thompson Center Accessories Series

Thompson Center Accessories is a practical support line built around the needs of hunters and outdoor shooters who use the company’s firearms and related field gear. Rather than focusing on one narrow product type, the series covers everyday carry and maintenance items, from firearm transport solutions to accessories for muzzleloader reload supplies. That broad scope makes the range especially relevant to shooters who want compatible parts and field equipment from the same brand as their rifle or pistol.

Within the Thompson Center lineup, the accessories series serves as the functional layer around the firearm itself. It is aimed at users who spend time in the field, where small parts, carrying gear and maintenance items matter as much as the gun. The series reflects the brand’s long association with muzzleloaders and hunting-oriented firearms, so many products are designed to support black-powder use, transport and day-to-day upkeep. In practice, that means straightforward, purpose-built components that help keep equipment working properly and ready for the next outing.

About the Thompson Center Nipple #11 Cap All Traditional and In-Line

The Thompson Center Nipple #11 Cap All Traditional and In-Line is a replacement ignition component for muzzleloading firearms that use #11 percussion caps. Its main advantage is versatility: it is intended for both traditional and in-line muzzleloader configurations, so it suits shooters who maintain older sidelock-style guns as well as more modern in-line black-powder rifles. That broad compatibility makes it a sensible maintenance part for anyone keeping a working muzzleloader in regular use.

On a black-powder firearm, the nipple is a small part with an important job. It provides the seat for the percussion cap and forms part of the ignition path, so its condition directly affects reliability. A worn or damaged nipple can lead to poor cap fit, inconsistent ignition or avoidable misfires. Replacing it with the correct pattern helps restore proper function and keeps the firearm easier to load, prime and fire with confidence. For hunting or range use, that matters because ignition consistency is one of the basics of dependable muzzleloader performance.

This Thompson Center accessory is intended for pistols and rifles and comes in a simple grey finish. Its role is not to change the character of the firearm, but to keep the ignition system serviceable. For black-powder shooters who carry spare maintenance parts, it is the kind of compact component that earns a place in a possibles bag, bench kit or workshop drawer.
