Swarovski NL Pure 10x32 W B

• Wide 132 m/1000m field of view: the broad image window makes it easier to pick up moving birds, follow wildlife through cover, and scan large landscapes without feeling restricted.
• 10x magnification in a 32 mm format: this configuration gives more reach for distant detail while keeping the binocular compact enough for long days of walking, travel, and general field use.
• SWAROVISION optics with field flattener lenses: edge-to-edge image definition helps keep detail sharp across the view, so less of the image is wasted when tracking subjects near the periphery.
• Ergonomic single-hinge housing: the narrowed NL Pure shape sits securely in the hands and makes a 640.00 g binocular easier to carry steadily during extended observation sessions.
• 92% light transmission with nitrogen-filled waterproof construction: the bright optical system supports use in difficult light, while the sealed, fogproof build remains dependable in rain, cold mornings, and changing temperatures.

About the Swarovski NL Pure Series

The Swarovski NL Pure series was introduced in 2020 as a premium binocular family for nature observation, aimed at birders and outdoor users who want an especially wide, immersive view in a hand-held format. Across the range, the defining feature is the distinctive “wasp waist” ergonomic housing, which gives the binoculars a more secure hold and helps reduce fatigue during long periods of glassing.

All NL Pure models use SWAROVISION optics with field flattener lenses to maintain image definition across the field of view, a characteristic that suits scanning, tracking movement, and studying fine detail near the edge of the image. The series covers 32 mm, 42 mm, and 52 mm objective classes and includes magnifications such as 8x, 10x, 12x, and 14x, allowing users to choose between compact carry, all-round versatility, and greater reach. Within Swarovski’s binocular lineup, the NL Pure family is positioned as a high-end option for users who place equal importance on optical quality, viewing comfort, and a spacious field of view.

About the Swarovski NL Pure 10x32 W B

The Swarovski NL Pure 10x32 W B is built for users who want the extra reach of 10x magnification without moving to a larger binocular. That makes it particularly well suited to bird watching, general wildlife observation, and travel where distant detail matters but pack size and carrying comfort still count. With a 32.00 mm objective lens and a weight of 640.00 g, it balances portability with enough optical performance for serious daytime field use.

The optical layout combines a notably wide 132.00 m/1000m field of view with a 69.00 ° apparent field of view, giving a more open, natural viewing impression than many compact 10x binoculars. In practice, that helps when locating birds quickly, following movement across open ground, or scanning woodland edges where subjects appear and disappear fast. The 3.20 mm exit pupil and 92% light transmission support a bright, high-contrast image for dawn, dusk, and shaded habitats, while fully multicoated lenses help preserve contrast and color fidelity.

The Roof - Schmidt/Pechan prism design keeps the binocular slim, and the central focusing system allows quick, intuitive adjustment in the field. An 18.00 mm eye relief is useful for eyeglass wearers, and the central diopter adjustment helps fine-tune the image precisely to the user’s eyesight. The nitrogen-filled, waterproof and fogproof housing is designed for regular outdoor use across a wide -25°C / +55°C working temperature range, so the binocular remains practical for changing weather and demanding terrain.

About Swarovski

SWAROVSKI OPTIK was founded by Wilhelm Swarovski in 1949 in Absam, Tyrol, Austria, where the company is still headquartered. It develops and manufactures sport optics including binoculars, spotting scopes, rifle scopes, and optronic instruments, with a long-standing focus on precision mechanics and high-grade optical performance. Within binoculars, its established product families include EL, SLC, and Habicht, each reflecting a different approach to field use and handling.

The company expanded beyond binoculars with its first rifle scope in 1959 and later introduced its first spotting scope in 1994. Swarovski has also shaped the category with notable designs such as the EL binoculars introduced in 1999, recognized for their wrap-around grip, and the ATX/STX spotting scope system from 2012, which brought a modular concept to premium spotting scopes. This background is directly relevant to the NL Pure line, where ergonomics, optical refinement, and field practicality are combined in a compact observation tool.
