Rusan Pivot mount for Winchester 70, Pard NV008, one-piece

• One-piece pivot design: The single-piece upper keeps the Pard NV008 aligned as one unit, which helps maintain a consistent fit and simplifies installation compared with multi-part solutions.
• Rifle-specific Winchester 70 interface: This mount is matched to the Winchester 70 family, giving a cleaner and more secure fit than a generic adapter and reducing the need for improvised mounting solutions.
• Detachable pivot system: Rusan’s pivot format allows the optic to be removed and reattached in a controlled, repeatable way, which is useful when switching between day and night setups on the same rifle.
• Built for Pard NV008 devices: Because the upper is made for the Pard NV008 mounting standard, it provides direct compatibility with this digital night-vision platform instead of relying on universal clamps.
• Croatian-made steel mount: Made by Rusan in Croatia, this mount is part of a product family developed around firearm-specific fit and durable metal construction for regular field use.

About the Rusan Pivot Mounts for NV and Thermal Series

Rusan Pivot Mounts for NV and Thermal are built around the idea that digital night-vision and thermal devices need the same model-specific fit that hunters and shooting users expect from conventional scope mounts. In Rusan’s catalog, this series covers a wide range of rifle platforms and is configured for dedicated night-vision and thermal devices rather than only traditional riflescopes. That makes the series particularly relevant for users who want a cleaner, more integrated way to mount add-on or dedicated electronic optics.

A defining characteristic of the series is its device-specific upper configuration. Rusan lists versions for platforms from Pard, Pulsar, HIKMICRO, ATN and others, while the lower interface is matched to particular rifle models or mounting geometries. The range also includes complete pivot mounts with bases as well as upper parts without bases, which gives flexibility when replacing or expanding an existing setup. In practice, the series is aimed at users who want a detachable mounting solution for night hunting or low-light observation, while keeping the fit tailored both to the rifle and to the optic.

About the Rusan Pivot mount for Winchester 70, Pard NV008, one-piece

The Rusan Pivot mount for Winchester 70, Pard NV008, one-piece is a dedicated mounting solution for shooters who want to fit a Pard NV008 to a Winchester 70 platform with a mount designed around both the rifle and the device. Instead of adapting a general-purpose ring or rail setup, this model uses a one-piece upper made specifically for the NV008 mounting standard. That matters in practice because digital night-vision devices often benefit from a purpose-built interface that keeps the setup compact and mechanically straightforward.

The pivot format is especially useful on rifles that may alternate between different sighting systems. A detachable pivot mount allows the optic to be removed when needed and reinstalled with the same mounting geometry, making it a practical choice for users who do not want a permanently fixed night-vision unit on the rifle. The one-piece construction also helps keep the upper assembly simple, with fewer separate parts to manage during installation.

Within the listed compatibility range, this version is intended for several Winchester M70 actions, including short, long, WSM, WSSM and extra-long variants. The result is a mount that suits users looking for a rifle-specific night-vision mounting solution rather than a universal compromise. Finished in black and made by Rusan in Croatia, it fits naturally into hunting optics setups where secure attachment, clean integration and repeatable removal are more important than unnecessary bulk.

About Rusan

Rusan is a Croatian manufacturer with roots in a family metalworking business that dates to 1983. Željko Rusan opened a gunsmith shop in 1986, and the company moved into producing scope mounts in 1993. Based in Marija Bistrica, Croatia, Rusan-Mikron focuses on mounting solutions and related firearm components, including scope mounts, rings, Picatinny rails and tuning products.

The company is particularly well known in the optics field for its practical approach to mounting interfaces for both conventional scopes and modern electro-optics. Its range includes adapter clamps for clip-on sights and adapters for night-vision and thermal-imaging devices, reflecting a strong specialization in connecting modern optics to hunting and sporting rifles. That background makes Rusan especially relevant in categories where precise fit between rifle, mount and optic is critical.
