Rusan Pivot Mount for Sauer 100/101, LM Rail

• Pivot quick-release design: The mount lets the optic be removed and reattached quickly, which is useful when switching between sighting setups or transporting the rifle while keeping repeatable positioning.
• LM rail interface: Built for scopes with an LM rail, this version avoids separate ring selection and gives a clean, secure connection between the optic and the mount.
• Steel construction: A steel body adds the rigidity and wear resistance needed for repeated mounting cycles and long-term use on hunting rifles.
• Rifle-specific fit: Designed for the Sauer 100/101 platform, the mount is made to match the action geometry properly, helping with stable alignment and dependable installation.
• Complete pivot-mount format: As a complete mount, it combines the pivot mechanism and rifle-specific base arrangement in one system, simplifying setup for compatible rifles.

About the Rusan Pivot Mounts Series

Rusan Pivot Mounts are a dedicated family of firearm optics mounts built around a traditional pivot mounting system with quick-release fixation and steel construction. Within the Rusan lineup, they serve shooters who want a secure detachable mount for hunting rifles and similar sporting firearms, especially where an optic may need to be removed for transport, swapped between sighting solutions, or reinstalled without a complicated setup process.

The series covers a broad range of rifle-specific variants rather than a one-size-fits-all design. Rusan offers pivot mounts for different rifle makes and models, along with versions for several optic attachment standards, including 11 mm prism, Picatinny rail, and rail-based scope interfaces such as LM. The range also includes both complete mounts with bases and pivot mounts supplied without bases, depending on the rifle and installation concept. That approach makes the series particularly relevant to hunters and shooters who want a mounting system matched closely to both the firearm and the optic rather than relying on universal adapters.

About the Rusan Pivot Mount for Sauer 100/101, LM Rail

The Rusan Pivot Mount for Sauer 100/101, LM Rail is a rifle-specific mounting solution for shooters using a Sauer 100 or Sauer 101 with an optic built around the LM rail standard. Its main advantage is that it combines the speed and convenience of a pivot mount with an interface intended for rail-equipped scopes, giving a tidy installation without separate scope rings. For hunting optics, that can mean a lower-profile, more integrated setup with fewer parts between the rifle and the sight.

The mount uses a steel body, which matters in practice because pivot systems depend on consistent engagement surfaces and long-term resistance to wear. A rigid steel structure helps the mount stay dependable through repeated attachment and removal, as well as normal field handling. The quick-release fixation typical of the Rusan pivot system also makes the mount practical for rifles that may alternate between an optical sight and another aiming arrangement, or for users who prefer to remove the scope during travel and reinstall it later.

Because this version is configured specifically for the Sauer 100/101 platform, it is aimed at shooters who want a mount tailored to the rifle rather than a generic solution. The result is a mount suited to hunting and general sporting use where secure optic positioning, straightforward handling, and a durable all-steel build are more important than unnecessary complexity.

About Rusan

Rusan-Mikron is a Croatian manufacturer based in Marija Bistrica, Croatia, with roots in the Rusan family’s metalworking business dating to 1983. Željko Rusan opened a gunsmith shop in 1986, and the company began producing scope mounts in 1993, establishing a long-standing focus on firearm mounting solutions and related components.

Today, Rusan is known for manufacturing scope mounts, scope rings, Picatinny rails, and firearm tuning products, along with adapter systems for modern electro-optics. The company introduced its clip-on sight adapter clamp in 2009 and also produces adapters for night-vision and thermal-imaging devices. That mix of traditional gunsmithing background and practical mounting expertise makes Rusan especially relevant in categories where precise fit, repeatable attachment, and compatibility with different rifle platforms matter.
