MTM CBD-1-40 Cartridge Display Board

• 42-round display capacity: The board is arranged to hold up to 42 cartridges, making it useful for presenting a broad mix of calibers in one compact layout for comparison, identification, or display.
• Wide cartridge compatibility: It accepts rounds from .22 CB up to 10 Gauge shotshells, so one board can handle everything from small rimfire cartridges to large shotgun shells without needing separate display systems.
• Simple bench or wall display use: As a dedicated cartridge display board, it helps keep sample rounds organized and visible, which is practical for reloading rooms, gun rooms, classrooms, or retail counters.
• Made in the USA: Built by MTM in the USA, it follows the brand’s long-standing focus on durable molded shooting accessories for regular workshop and range use.
• Low-profile black finish: The black construction keeps attention on the cartridges themselves and gives the board a clean, unobtrusive look in storage or display settings.

About the Cartridge Display Board Series

MTM cartridge display boards are straightforward accessories made for shooters, reloaders, collectors, and educators who need a practical way to organize and present ammunition. Within the brand’s broader reloading and shooting-accessory range, this type of product fills a simple but useful role: it keeps sample cartridges visible, separated, and easy to compare at a glance. That makes it well suited to loading benches, gun rooms, clubhouses, training spaces, and retail environments where quick visual reference matters.

The series focuses on durable molded construction, broad cartridge compatibility, and uncomplicated handling rather than mechanical complexity. Instead of acting as a transport case or storage box, a display board is meant to keep rounds arranged in an orderly format for identification, demonstration, or presentation. The design philosophy is practical: a compact board, a stable layout, and enough versatility to accommodate very different cartridge types on one platform. For handloaders and ammunition enthusiasts, that means less clutter on the bench and a clearer way to sort or show representative rounds.

About the MTM CBD-1-40 Cartridge Display Board

The MTM CBD-1-40 Cartridge Display Board is built for shooters and reloaders who want a simple way to arrange ammunition for display, comparison, or reference. Its main advantage is its capacity for up to 42 rounds, which gives enough room to show a useful spread of cartridges without taking up much space on a bench or shelf. Whether it is used to identify calibers, present handloading examples, or organize representative rounds in a collection, the board keeps everything visible and easy to access.

What makes this model especially practical is its wide compatibility from .22 CB up to 10 Gauge shotshells. That broad range allows one board to handle both small and large ammunition types, which is useful for mixed collections or teaching setups where different cartridge families need to be shown side by side. The black finish keeps the presentation clean and subdued, helping brass, hulls, and bullet profiles stand out more clearly.

Like many MTM shooting accessories, the CBD-1-40 is designed around straightforward utility. There are no unnecessary moving parts or complicated features to manage. Instead, it provides a stable, purpose-built format for cartridge presentation in reloading rooms, workshops, display cabinets, or retail counters. For anyone who needs an orderly ammunition display accessory rather than a storage container, the CBD-1-40 offers a compact and practical solution.
