Meprolight Mepro Evergreen for CZ P07/P09

• LED-illuminated three-dot sight picture: The Mepro Evergreen uses powered front and rear dots to keep the sight picture easy to pick up in both daylight and darkness, helping the shooter align the pistol quickly without relying on ambient light.
• Fixed sight configuration: A fixed setup keeps the system simple and durable for defensive or duty-style use, with no exposed adjustment controls to snag or shift during daily carry.
• Metal sight housings: The front and rear units are built as metal sights rather than polymer inserts, giving the set the robustness expected for repeated slide cycling and regular holster use.
• CZ P-07 and P-09 fit: This version is made specifically for the CZ P-07 and P-09 platform, providing a model-specific handgun sight set for shooters who want an illuminated replacement for factory iron sights.
• Day-and-night usability: Designed for use on stationary and moving targets, the Evergreen concept gives the shooter a consistent reference picture across changing light conditions, which is especially useful on defensive pistols.

About the Meprolight Evergreen Series

Meprolight Evergreen is an LED-illuminated pistol sight series developed for shooters who want a clear sight picture in both bright and dark conditions. Within Meprolight’s handgun-sight offering, the series focuses on practical defensive and service-style use, where rapid alignment matters as much as low-light visibility. Rather than relying on a conventional plain-black arrangement, Evergreen uses illuminated dots in the front and rear sight housings to create a familiar three-dot picture that remains easy to read when lighting changes.

The series is intended for aiming at stationary and moving targets, which makes it relevant for concealed carry, home defense, and general range use. Depending on the pistol model, Meprolight pairs the illuminated front sight with a non-illuminated U-shaped or square-notch rear sight, balancing speed and sight definition. A stated five-year continuous power source supports the concept of a ready-to-use carry sight, reducing the need for frequent battery changes. In practical terms, the Evergreen line is built around a simple idea: keep the sight picture visible, familiar, and fast to acquire on modern defensive handguns.

About the Meprolight Mepro Evergreen for CZ P07/P09

The Meprolight Mepro Evergreen for CZ P07/P09 is a dedicated handgun night sight set for shooters using CZ’s full-size and compact polymer-framed service pistols. Its main advantage is the combination of a familiar iron-sight format with active illumination, giving the pistol a sight picture that stays visible when target contrast drops or indoor lighting becomes uneven. For defensive carry, duty use, or low-light range practice, that means less hesitation in finding the front sight and confirming alignment.

This model uses a fixed sight arrangement, which suits pistols that are carried regularly or used hard. Fixed sights keep the profile clean and reduce the chance of accidental movement, while the black housing maintains a subdued appearance. As a Tritium Night Sights product in Meprolight’s catalog naming, it sits in the low-light sight category, but the Evergreen family’s defining feature is its LED-based illuminated sight picture. The practical result is a bright, easy-to-center three-dot reference that supports faster presentation and more confident sight tracking on moving targets.

Because this version is made specifically for the CZ P-07 and CZ P-09, it is aimed at owners who want an upgraded iron-sight solution without changing the handling of the pistol. The sight set preserves the direct, instinctive use of conventional irons while improving visibility in the conditions where standard sights are hardest to read.

About Meprolight

Meprolight was founded in 1990 as a supplier of sights and battle optics to the Israel Defense Forces. Based in Or Akiva, Israel, the company serves military, law-enforcement, and civilian markets and operates as a division of SK Group. Its core expertise is the development and manufacture of optical and electro-optical sighting systems, with a product range that spans conventional sights, tritium night sights, reflex optics, thermal sights, magnified optics, magnifiers, and night-vision systems.

That background is especially relevant in the handgun-sight category, where Meprolight has built its reputation on practical sighting systems for pistols, rifles, shotguns, and carbines. The company’s long focus on combat-oriented and defensive optics shapes products that emphasize visibility, durability, and straightforward operation rather than unnecessary complexity.
