MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount for Steyr Original, LM rail

• One-piece pivot construction: The single-piece layout keeps the optic interface aligned as one unit, which helps maintain consistent positioning when the scope is removed and reattached.
• Steyr Original compatibility: Built for Steyr Original Pivot Scope Mounts, this version gives a dedicated fit for rifles already set up around that mounting standard.
• LM rail interface: The LM Rail top interface suits compatible rail-equipped optics without separate rings, creating a clean installation with fewer parts to manage.
• Low 4.00 mm build height: The restrained height helps keep the optic close to the bore, supporting a natural cheek weld and a more composed shooting position.
• Aluminium housing: The aluminium construction keeps weight under control while still providing the rigidity needed for regular hunting and field use.

About the MAKflex Series

MAKflex is MAK’s modular pivot bridge mount family for rifles and break-action firearms. The series is built around the idea that different rifles and optics often require different lower interfaces and upper connections, so MAK offers the platform in multiple configurations rather than forcing a one-format solution. Within the range, variants are available for systems such as EAW base plates, Merkel mounts, Leupold Quick Release bases, and original Steyr mounts, which makes the series relevant to shooters working with established rifle-specific mounting standards.

The line also covers different optic connections, including Picatinny, Zeiss, Swarovski, and Aimpoint Micro interfaces, alongside different ring diameters and pivot-foot options. That modular approach makes the series useful for hunters and sporting users who want a mount matched closely to both rifle and sighting system. MAK also offers the series with either a rotating lock or a lever lock, and a shorter variant called MAKflex Short, giving the family a practical spread of configurations for compact setups, traditional hunting rifles, and optics with different mounting footprints.

About the MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount for Steyr Original, LM rail

This MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount is configured specifically for rifles that use Steyr Original Pivot Scope Mounts and for optics built around an LM Rail connection. That combination makes it a focused solution for shooters who want a dedicated rifle-to-optic interface rather than a universal mount assembled from extra adapters. In practice, that means a cleaner installation, fewer separate clamping parts, and a setup that suits traditional hunting rifles where secure fit and repeatable positioning matter.

The one-piece design helps keep the upper structure unified, which is useful when mounting a rail-equipped scope that should sit squarely and consistently over the action. Because the optic attaches by rail rather than by separate rings, the mount is also well suited to users who prefer the straightforward alignment and tidy profile of a rail-based scope installation. The specified 4.00 mm height supports a relatively low mounting position, helping the rifle shoulder naturally and reducing the need to lift the head off the stock to find the sight picture.

Its aluminium construction balances strength with manageable weight, an important detail on a hunting rifle that may be carried for long periods. As part of the MAKflex family, this model follows the same practical design philosophy as the rest of the series: match the mount closely to the rifle platform and optic interface so the finished setup feels integrated rather than improvised.
