Lyman E-ZEE Trim Pilot .40 S&W

1. Precision Guidance: This pilot is specifically engineered to precisely guide your case trimmer's cutter into the neck of .40 S&W cases. This ensures that every case is trimmed to a uniform length, which is paramount for maintaining consistent internal case volume and optimal bullet seating depth. Users, particularly competitive shooters and handloaders, will appreciate the enhanced accuracy and reliability it brings to their ammunition.

2. Durable Construction: Constructed from hardened steel, the Lyman E-ZEE Trim Pilot is built to withstand the rigors of repeated use without deforming or losing its precise dimensions. Its robust material ensures a long lifespan, making it a dependable component in your reloading setup for years to come. This longevity reduces the need for frequent replacements, offering great value.

3. Optimized Performance: By guaranteeing perfect concentricity between the case neck and the trimmer cutter, this pilot drastically reduces case run-out. This meticulous preparation of the case mouth is vital for achieving uniform bullet tension and preventing bullet deformation during the seating process, leading to more consistent ballistic performance on the range or in the field.

4. Seamless Integration: Designed to be fully compatible with Lyman's E-ZEE Universal Trimmer and other standard trimming systems, this pilot is an easy-to-install accessory. Its interchangeable nature allows reloaders to quickly switch between calibers, streamlining the case preparation process and enhancing efficiency for users who load multiple calibers, from casual hobbyists to dedicated hunters.
