Leupold DeltaPoint Pro AR Mount

• AR-height sight position: This mount places the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro at a height suited to AR-style rifles, helping the shooter pick up the dot quickly during fast target transitions and close-range work.
• Picatinny compatibility: Built to fit a Picatinny rail, it gives a straightforward mounting solution for rifles and carbines that already use the most common rail standard.
• Aluminium construction: The aluminium body keeps weight down while providing the rigidity needed to support a red dot sight on a working rifle.
• Compact one-piece design: Its 1-piece configuration adds minimal bulk, which helps preserve the handling balance of the firearm and keeps the sighting setup simple.
• Made in the USA: Built in the USA, this mount follows the same practical design approach Leupold applies across its mounting systems for field and range use.

About the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Mounts Series

Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Mounts are the dedicated mounting solutions built around the company’s DeltaPoint Pro red-dot sight. In Leupold’s lineup, this series covers the different ways shooters use that optic, from handguns and AR-pattern rifles to rail-mounted and ring-mounted applications. The family includes model-specific dovetail mounts, a Cross-Slot Mount for Picatinny and Weaver-style bases, a 45-degree option for offset use, and the DLOC mount for AR-style firearms.

The series is defined by a practical approach: each mount is shaped around a specific use case rather than trying to be universal. That matters because sight height, access to controls, and how naturally the dot appears in the window all affect speed and consistency. Across the range, the goal is the same: attach a DeltaPoint Pro securely to a compatible firearm or mounting system while keeping the setup compact, durable, and suited to the intended platform. For shooters building a red-dot-equipped rifle or adding a secondary sighting system, the series offers purpose-built options instead of improvised adapters.

About the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro AR Mount

The Leupold DeltaPoint Pro AR Mount is a fixed red dot sight mount made specifically for shooters who want to run a DeltaPoint Pro on an AR-style rifle. Rather than simply attaching the sight to a rail, it positions the optic at a height that works naturally with the rifle’s layout, making dot acquisition faster when the carbine is brought up from low ready or moved between targets. That makes it well suited to practical shooting, defensive carbine setups, and general-purpose range rifles where speed matters more than unnecessary complexity.

The mount fits a Picatinny rail, so it integrates easily with many modern rifles and chassis systems that use the same interface. Its 1-piece aluminium construction keeps the assembly light and rigid, helping maintain the handling of the rifle without adding excess bulk around the receiver. At 100.00 g, it adds useful mounting height without turning a compact red-dot setup into a heavy one.

Leupold also keeps the design straightforward. The matte black finish matches most modern rifles and optics, while the compact form avoids clutter around the sight window. For shooters using the DeltaPoint Pro as a primary AR optic, this mount provides the correct platform geometry and a cleaner, more stable installation than generic low-profile rail adapters.

About Leupold

Leupold & Volpel was founded in Portland, Oregon, in 1907 by Fred Leupold and Adam Volpel. The company remains family-owned and focuses on sport optics for hunting, shooting, and outdoor use. Its product range covers riflescopes, red dot sights, binoculars, spotting scopes, rangefinders, and thermal optics, giving it long experience across the same categories its mounts are built to support.

Leupold introduced its first riflescope, the Plainsman, in 1947, and later introduced the Duplex reticle in 1962, a design that became widely recognized in sporting optics. In 1968, the company moved its manufacturing plant and headquarters to Beaverton, Oregon, where Leupold & Stevens, Inc. remains based today. Alongside hunting-focused VX-series optics and tactical Mark-series riflescopes, the company also produces mounting systems designed to match the same practical field use.
