Hikmicro Lynx LH19 3.0 Product description

  • 384x288 VOx sensor with 12 μm pixels: balances detail, detection capability and compact size, making the monocular practical for scanning woodland edges, fields and tracks without the bulk of larger thermal units.
  • NETD 20.00 mK sensitivity: helps the device separate small temperature differences, so animals, people and background detail remain easier to distinguish in damp weather, at dawn or in low-contrast terrain.
  • HSIS and Image Pro 3.0 processing: the Lynx 3.0 platform combines shutterless operation with image enhancement, giving a more natural viewing experience with fewer interruptions while panning and observing moving targets.
  • 1.90x base magnification with digital zoom to 15.20x: starts wide enough for efficient searching, then adds reach for checking shape and movement at distance without carrying a larger observation device.
  • Compact 331.00 g housing with WiFi, recording and AMOLED display: keeps the monocular easy to carry for long sessions while also allowing image capture, video recording and wireless connection for sharing footage or reviewing observations later.

About the Hikmicro Lynx 3.0 Series

HIKMICRO unveiled the Lynx 3.0 series on October 30, 2025 as an accessible thermal monocular family aimed at a broad range of outdoor users. Positioned as an entry-level thermal imaging line, it is intended for hunting, birding, wildlife observation and search-and-rescue use, giving newer users a straightforward way into thermal viewing while still offering enough performance for experienced observers. HIKMICRO describes the series as suitable for hunters from beginners to experienced users, which explains its emphasis on simple handling, compact dimensions and practical field features.

A defining part of the series is the use of HIKMICRO Shutterless Image System (HSIS) together with Image Pro 3.0 processing. In practice, that combination is designed to keep the image fluid and usable during scanning, while improving how heat signatures stand out from the background. The lineup includes LE, LH and LQ variants with different detector resolutions and lens options, so users can choose between wider coverage, more reach or a higher level of image detail. Across the range, the design philosophy stays consistent: portable thermal monoculars that are easy to carry, quick to deploy and suited to real field observation rather than bench use.

About the Hikmicro Lynx LH19 3.0

The Hikmicro Lynx LH19 3.0 is a compact thermal monocular built around a 384x288 VOx uncooled sensor, 12.00 μm pixel pitch and 20.00 mK NETD. That specification gives it a useful balance between image detail, sensitivity and portability. For hunting optics and general thermal observation, this matters because the device can reveal subtle heat differences that help separate animals, people and terrain features when contrast is poor. The 19.00 mm F 1.0 objective lens and 900.00 m detection range make it well suited to short- to mid-range scanning, whether the task is checking hedgerows, monitoring field margins or locating movement before switching to another optic.

Its 1.90x base magnification works with a 13.80 ° field of view, equivalent to 242.00 m/1000m, which is a practical combination for handheld searching. The image starts wide enough to cover ground efficiently, while digital zoom up to 15.20x helps with closer inspection once a heat source has been found. The AMOLED display with 1920x1080 resolution supports a clear viewing image, and the 20.00 mm eye relief and -5/+3 dpt diopter range help adapt the monocular to different users in the field.

The housing stays easy to carry at 331.00 g and 158.40 mm in length, which is important for a monocular that may be used repeatedly during long outings. Recording functions, video output and WiFi connectivity add practical value for documenting observations and linking the device with other equipment. With 50.00 Hz refresh rate, automatic or manual calibration, and waterproof, fogproof and shockproof construction, the LH19 3.0 is designed for steady use in changing weather and demanding outdoor conditions.

About Hikmicro

HIKMICRO was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, China. The company focuses on thermal imaging, while also working with visible-light imaging, ultrasonic technology, electromagnetic technology and radar. In the outdoor optics segment, its range covers thermal monoculars, thermal scopes, thermal clip-ons, digital day-and-night scopes and multispectrum binoculars, showing a clear specialization in observation and hunting optics built around sensor-based imaging.

Within that lineup, LYNX, FALCON and CONDOR are HIKMICRO thermal monocular families, while STELLAR and THUNDER cover thermal scope applications and ALPEX represents the brand’s digital day-and-night scope line. HIKMICRO’s 2023 outdoor brochure records the release of 12 μm thermal detectors in 256×192, 384×288 and 640×512 resolutions in 2020, which is relevant because detector size and resolution are central to the compact thermal devices the brand is known for today.
