ATN X-TRAC Tactical Remote Access Control

• Bluetooth remote control: Connects to compatible ATN Smart HD optics without touching the scope, helping the shooter adjust settings while keeping the rifle steady and the sight picture undisturbed.
• Six tactile buttons and directional roller: The button layout and roller make menu navigation, zoom changes, and feature access faster in the field, especially when quick corrections matter.
• Weapon-mounted operation: Designed for rifle use, the X-TRAC keeps key controls close to the support hand so photos, video, and scope functions can be managed with less movement.
• Compact 50 g housing: Its light weight and small 80.00 mm form help add control convenience without noticeably changing the rifle’s balance or handling.
• Water-resistant construction: The remote is built for outdoor use, giving added confidence when hunting or shooting in damp or changeable conditions.

About the ATN Accessories Series

ATN Accessories is the support range built around the company’s night-vision, thermal-imaging, and digital optics platforms. Rather than focusing on one single device type, the series covers the practical add-ons that help shooters and observers adapt ATN equipment to different field roles. The line includes mounting solutions, illuminators, battery systems, adapters, and control accessories for night-vision and thermal-imaging equipment, with an emphasis on making electronic optics easier to use under real hunting and tactical conditions.

Within this family, ATN also offers helmet-mounting solutions for hands-free viewing, including designs for universal, MICH, and PASGT helmet mounts, alongside accessories intended to extend runtime or broaden compatibility. The overall design philosophy is straightforward: keep the core optic in place and add the tools that improve handling, power management, or mounting flexibility. That makes the series especially relevant for users of digital and thermal systems, where remote control, external power, and adaptable mounting can have a direct effect on comfort and efficiency in the field.

About the ATN X-TRAC Tactical Remote Access Control

The ATN X-TRAC Tactical Remote Access Control is a rifle-mounted control accessory made for shooters using compatible ATN Smart HD scopes. Its main advantage is simple but important: it lets the user operate key scope functions through a Bluetooth connection instead of reaching up to the optic body. In practice, that means less disruption to the shooting position, less movement at the rifle, and faster access to digital features when time matters.

The control layout combines six tactile buttons and a directional roller, giving the X-TRAC a more intuitive feel than a basic push-button remote. This is particularly useful on digital optics, where menu navigation, zoom changes, ballistic functions, and environmental adjustments can otherwise take more hand movement than on a conventional riflescope. The roller helps speed up magnification changes, while the tactile buttons make it easier to work by feel when attention needs to stay on the target area rather than on the optic’s controls.

Its 50.00 g weight and compact 80.00 mm height keep the unit easy to mount on a rifle without adding much bulk. The black housing suits practical field setups, and the water-resistant construction is appropriate for outdoor hunting optics use. For shooters who rely on ATN’s digital features such as video capture, ballistic tools, and menu-driven settings, the X-TRAC turns those functions into something easier to manage from a supported firing position.

About ATN

ATN was founded in 1995 in Silicon Valley, California, and is a United States company headquartered in Doral, Florida. The company specializes in night-vision, thermal-imaging, and digital day-and-night optics, covering both traditional image-intensifier systems and newer digital platforms. That mix has made ATN particularly visible in categories where electronics, imaging, and field usability come together.

Its product development has included several notable digital milestones. ATN’s optics portfolio includes 4K-resolution Smart HD systems for day-and-night use, and the company introduced the X-Sight II HD digital sight series in 2015. In 2018, ATN launched products built around its Obsidian 4 Dual Core platform, further expanding the role of onboard processing in sporting optics. This background is directly relevant to accessories such as the X-TRAC, which are designed to make advanced digital scope functions easier to control in the field.
