ARC Ballistics Small Bushing

1. Precision Neck Sizing: This small bushing is engineered to deliver unparalleled control over case neck tension, a critical factor for achieving consistent bullet seating and ultimately, superior accuracy. By precisely regulating the inside diameter of the case neck, it ensures optimal bullet pull and concentricity, which directly translates to tighter groups downrange.

2. Enhanced Brass Longevity: Proper neck sizing minimizes over-working the brass, helping to extend the life of your valuable cartridge cases and reduce the frequency of purchasing new brass. This component is integral to a consistent and safe reloading process, especially for those pursuing high-volume or competition shooting.

3. Robust Construction: Crafted from hardened, heat-treated steel, the ARC Ballistics Small Bushing is built to withstand rigorous use and maintain its precise dimensions over thousands of reloading cycles. Its durable material ensures reliable performance and resistance to wear, making it a long-lasting investment for any serious reloader.

4. Ideal for Match Ammo: Specifically tailored for .223 Remington based cartridges, this bushing is a must-have for handloaders seeking to produce match-grade ammunition. Its ability to create consistent neck tension is paramount for competitive shooters and hunters who demand predictable and precise performance from every shot.

ABOUT THE ARC BALLISTICS SMALL BUSHING

The ARC Ballistics Small Bushing for .223 based cartridges stands out in the realm of case preparation tools due to its commitment to uncompromising precision and durability. Unlike standard full-length sizing dies, this dedicated bushing allows reloaders to fine-tune neck tension independently, offering a level of control vital for achieving sub-MOA accuracy. Crafted from meticulously machined, hardened steel, it ensures consistent resizing and maximizes brass life by minimizing unnecessary stress on the case neck. This specific design makes it an indispensable tool for competitive shooters, long-range enthusiasts, and hunters who rely on perfectly concentric and uniformly tensioned ammunition for peak performance. Its primary function is to provide exact control over the case neck diameter, which directly impacts bullet seating force and subsequent ballistic consistency. This precision engineering significantly reduces fliers and contributes to predictable results, making every shot count.
