Larger and more robust than most other PST scopes, it is built for durability and reliability. Argon filled, fog, water and dust proof, it will last a lifetime and will withstand the shock of large calibers with ease. The turrets are unprotected/tactical but that makes them easily accessible for simple and fast adjustments. The turrets themselves are tactical, resettable and have the zero stop innovation. The scope also features a side focus turret for parallax adjusting. The reticle is set at SFP and remains very fine even at maximum magnification, making it very useful even at long range shooting. The tactical reticle is thin enough for its tactical features to be usable even at high magnification and is also illuminated in red, with 10 intensity levels of illumination. The EBR1 reticle comes wither in Mil or MOA version at 0,1 mrad or ¼ moa clicks and is true at 10x magnification. Overall, with its larger objective lens, 4x to 16x magnification and a fine, tactical reticle, it is a great scope for medium to long range shooting in all conditions.
Vortex Viper PST (Precision Shooting Tactical) scopes are all made from one-piece tube milled from a solid piece of aircraft grade aluminum. All surfaces are hard anodized and very durable against scratches and nature elements. They can take a punch from any caliber and are waterproof and rugged. Truly meant to last. Outer surfaces are coated with ArmorTek protective coating that minimizes the treat of scratching the lenses. This coating also repels oil, salt and dust from lenses and especially protects them from fingerprint stains. Reticles are Glass-etched and protected with two layers of glass. This principle ensures optimal clarity and durability. All lenses have fully multi-coated surfaces with a Vortex XR coatings.
The EBR1 reticle comes in Mil (0,1 mrad per click) or MOA (1/4 moa per click) variant, with its sutensions always remaining matched – MIL/MIL or MOA/MOA.
All Vortex scopes come with a VIP warranty, which means that if anything goes wrong the Company will cover your scope. Your scope will be either repaired or replaced if it becomes defective, without any costs for you. You can also read more about our warranty policy here LINK.
