Swarovski X5(i) rifle scopes where first shown to public on IWA outdoor classics 2015 in Germany. There are curently two models available, the 3,5-18x50 P and the 5-25x56 P whitch is available in 1 /4 or 1/8 moa of adjustments. These scopes are the first after a long time that Swarovski made rifle scopes not only for hunting, but also for sport shooting. The scopes feature 5 times zoom ratio, and big elevation range for longer shots. The reticle is set in the second focal plane, for less target coverage at big magnification.
The new designed turrets are multi turn turrets, and under the zero is the number in whitch turn the turret is. The Swarovski X5(i) has a zero stop function, and it also has an option to raise a ring in the turret, whitch alous us then to click under the adjusted zero, for closer shots. The new invention for X5(i) rifle scopes is the retention spring, that makes constant preasure to the inversion system, what guarantees highest precision on every elevation adjustment. All Swarovski X5(i) rifle scopes can be ordered with illuminated reticles or without, and the reticle illumination is made on the upper side of the ocular with two buttons, that are easily to operate with gloves. All Swarovski 5X(i) rifle scopes can be ordered wit many different reticles choices for all different kind of use, and the optical quality is on the highest level on all magnifications, as known from Swarovski optics. Swarovski also guarantees that the X5(i) series of rifle scopes are the most robust rifle scopes of all curently produced series, and can easily withstand even the .50 BMG.
The Swarovski X5(i) rifle scope can only be mounted with 30 mm rings.
