Meopta MeoPro rifle scopes are the entry level of hunting rifle scopes made by Meopta. This is also the only series in which Meopta offers 1-inch main tube rifle scopes. All rifle scopes in this series feature 3 times zoom ratio, except one, the Meopta MeoPro 6x42.
The main tube is made from a single piece aircraft grade aluminum to withstand any abuse, and the entire housing is ˝ELOX˝ hard anodized for a durable, scratch-resistant black finish. All lens surfaces have the ˝MeoBright˝ ion assisted lens multi-coatings for increased light transmission, better contrast, and resolution. The models 3.5-10x44, 4-12x50 and 6-18x50 have also an additional coating on the outer lens surfaces, called ˝MeoShield˝ coating, which is more durable and scratch resistant.
All rifle scopes from this series are non-illuminated, except the 3.5-10x44 RD, which has a 4C illuminated reticle. The illumination control is on the opposite side of the windage turret and is easily reachable even with gloves. In all rifle scopes, the reticle is set in the second focal plane, so it won't cover a lot of the target at bigger magnifications. For every model, there are also different reticle options to choose from.
On all models, the turrets are capped for protection against accidental movement, and under these caps on the MeoPro 6-18x50, there are ˝MeoTrak II Elevation and Windage Control˝ turrets that are finger adjustable, with precise ¼ MOA click adjustment. This model features also an adjustable parallax control turret, which is located on the left side of the rifle scope and is easily reachable and fine-tunable.
All MeoPro rifle scopes have a really strong erector system, that holds the inner components in place even when shooting the strongest recoiling calibers. The housing is nitrogen purged, so no internal fogging will occur even in a very cold environment. These rifle scopes are shockproof and fully waterproof even when submerged.
The Meopta MeoPro rifle scopes can only be mounted with 1-inch rings.
