Hawke Vantage 30 IR rifle scopes have, for the difference of Hawke Vantage IR rifle scopes bigger main tube, for more strenght, and reliability. In this case, the main tube in these series of rifle scopes is 30 mm, so many mounting solutions are available. Also more elevation and windage adjustment is available, but in hunting rifle scopes this isn't very important.

The main tube is made from a single piece aluminum, and all lens are fully multi coated with 11 layers of coatings for a brighter and contrast richer immage. The reticle is set in the second focal plane (reticle size doesn't change with magnification), and curently only 1 reticle option is available. The turrets are capped for protection agains accidental movement, on the oposite side of the windage turret Is also a illumination turret that has 5 red and 5 green brightness levels that is easy reachable, and the parallax is fixed at 100 yards (91 meters).

All rifle scopes from the Vantage 30 IR series of rifle scopes are shockproof, waterproof and are nitrogen filled for a fog-free use at low temperatures.
