Nikon Monarch X 2.5-10x44 SF M IL is a Nikon answer to the needs of tactical shooters. The turrets for reticle adjustment are uncovered and are offering a good feeling under the fingers as well as a clear sound of every movement. The illuminated reticle is designed in milliradians and is very accurate even at scope maximal magnification. Nikon Monarch X series riflescopes has been especially designed for shooters who want the scope for shooting at long distances and who often make reticle position correction (accounting bullet ballistic curve) before making a shoot. The turrets for reticle correction are caps-free (Tactical) and big enough to enable easy adjustment even with gloves. On the turrets the position and direction of adjustment is marked with extra large numbers and letters, for this reason under the quick decision the adjustment can be made easily and mistakes are not possible. All the surfaces of lenses and prisms of riflescopes in this series are covered with multilayer coatings which assures needed image sharpness for shooting at long distances. Parallax correction is standard on all models. Condensation of moisture inside the scope at very low temperatures is prevented with dry nitrogen filling and 100% water resistant housing has been made for this series. Construction of riflescopes Nikon Monarch X is adopted for most powerful calibre rifles, which makes shooting also over 1000m possible. Reticle is set in the second focal plane.
