Hawke Endurance LER (Long Eye Relief) rifle scopes have an extended eye relief for use on high recoiling and magnum rifles, where long eye relief is needed for safety reasons. These rifle scopes come with low profile capped turrets for protection against accidental movement, ruberized magnification ring for better grip even with gloves, and a stepless ˝Rheostat˝ brightness control for reticle illumination, that can be used in bright daylight and in the dark. The illumination control turret is located on the opposite side of the windage turret for easy access.

The reticle in Hawke Endurance LER rifle scopes is etched into glass to withstand strong recoil, and the main tube is made from a single piece aluminum to be even more rugged and reliable. The main tube diameter is 1 inch thick. All lens are fully multi coated with 16 layers for more light transmission, better contrast and resolution. The parallax is fixed at 100 yards (91 meters), the reticle in the Hawke Endurance LER is located in the second focal plane (reticle doesn't change with magnification), for less target coverage at bigger magnifications. The housing is filled with nitrogen to prevent internal fogging even at low temperatures.
