The BH height of 14 mm will be okay for your Optika6 riflescope since you are using a Picatinny rail which will add a few millimeters of height.

I am looking to purchase a 34mm mount for a Leupold Mark 6 3-18x44 - which BH height is suitable?

It depends on the rifle you will be using. On a normal Bolt Action rifles, BH 14mm will be enough. You will have more than enough space with such rings.

However, if you will be using this scope on a rifle with a flat top Picatinny rail on its entire lenght, then BH 17mm would be a better choice. This way you will have couple of mm of additional clearence.

Excellent mounts

I bought the Innomount 34mm Picatinny medium height set-up to mount a Nightforce 5-25x56mm ATACR scope onto my Tikka T3 rifle. Setting up the Innomount was very simple, the rings were fitted to the base and torqued tight, then the base fitted to the Picatinny rail. Adjusting the QD fitting was very easy and left a secure fit. Finally the scope was fitted to the rigs, levelled and torqued down. Since fitting the mount, I have shot a couple of hundred rounds of .308 ammunition through the rifle with excellent results, including some very tight groups and good competition scores. I would have no hesitation in recommending Innomount scope mounts and would certainly buy again.
