Shipping of binoculars to Dubai

This is Hadi. I live in Dubai, UAE.

I am going to buy a brand new Zeiss or Swarovski binocular.

Could you please tell me if you would dispatch any item to Dubai? If so, how this affects the price, as probably, not any tax should be considered.
