I love your YouTube reviews of binoculars. I’m a serious birder, but I have a very narrow IP – it is 53mm. I’m wondering if you have a suggestion for a pair of binoculars that are good quality that would fit me. I prefer 8 x 42. Is it important to have a pair that fits perfectly? I currently use a Nikon Monarch that is about 12 years old and they do have distortion on the edges due to not fitting. I value your professional opinion!

There isn’t really any binoculars that are 8×42 that have IP distance smaller than 56.
