The new, updated FastFire 4 model is composed of <strong>straight, daring lines<\/strong>, especially at the front part where the lens is, contributing to<strong> a<\/strong> <strong>bold, modern design<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The window is slightly bigger than on Fastfire 3 sight , allowing faster target acquisition.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6875\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6875\" style=\"width: 750px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6875\" src=\"http:\/\/optics-info.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Burris-Fastfire-4-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Burris Fastfire 4\" width=\"750\" height=\"1000\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6875\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Burris Fastfire 4 sight<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Burris FastFire 4 battery<\/h3>\n<p>The battery compartment on FastFire IV sight is at the same location (behind the lens, meaning that you don\u2019t have to remove the sight from the firearm to change the battery). The battery is still a <strong>CR1632<\/strong> but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/en\/dot-sights\/reflex-sights\/shopby\/manufacturer-burris.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Burris<\/strong><\/a> claims that the operating time on a single battery has been extended compared to Fastfire III optic.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6874\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6874\" style=\"width: 750px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6874\" src=\"http:\/\/optics-info.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Burris-Fastfire-4-6-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Burris Fastfire 4\" width=\"750\" height=\"1000\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6874\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Burris Fastfire &#8211; 4 sight<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Elevation and click value on Burris FastFire<\/h3>\n<p>Other than that, much remains the same. The elevation and windage adjustment screws \u2018click\u2019 when rotated. The click value on FastFire IV is <strong>1 MOA<\/strong>, meaning that one click moves the point of impact for approx. 1.5 cm at 50 m. Thanks to its impact-resistant housing, <strong>Fastfire &#8211; 4<\/strong> is shockproof as well as waterproof.<\/p>\n<h2>FastFire 4 dot size<\/h2>\n<p>Once we looked at FastFire 4 sight&#8217;s features, we were taken aback by one in particular \u2013 the <strong>switchable reticle feature<\/strong>. You can toggle between four:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a <strong>3 MOA<\/strong> dot,<\/li>\n<li>an <strong>11 MOA<\/strong> dot,<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>3 MOA circle dot<\/strong>, and<\/li>\n<li>an <strong>11 MOA circle dot<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Switchable reticle on Fast Fire 4<\/h3>\n<p>The switchable reticle option makes this compact, rugged red dot sight a <strong>multi-functional device<\/strong>. The 11 MOA dot is great for short distances \u2013 mainly pistol use. Burris came up with a solution. When you purchase Fastfire IV optic, you get a <strong>removable weather shield<\/strong>.
