It is still in its <strong>prototype stage<\/strong>, but we were able to get our hands on it at the latest <strong>IWA 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/en\/delta-optical-stryker-hd-1-10x28.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"334\" src=\"https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Delta-Stryker-HD-1-10x28-Riflescope_cta-1024x334.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5697337\" style=\"width:400px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Delta-Stryker-HD-1-10x28-Riflescope_cta-1024x334.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Delta-Stryker-HD-1-10x28-Riflescope_cta-400x130.png 400w, https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Delta-Stryker-HD-1-10x28-Riflescope_cta-768x250.png 768w, https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Delta-Stryker-HD-1-10x28-Riflescope_cta-1536x501.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Delta-Stryker-HD-1-10x28-Riflescope_cta-2048x668.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is a <strong>wide-angle MIL\/MIL riflescope<\/strong> with a very <strong>small and compact body<\/strong>. The compactness, though, can be a bit deceiving. With a <strong>34 mm tube and a 28 mm lens it is surprisingly heavy<\/strong>, but considering what it offers, its weight is perfectly acceptable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reticle and Magnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delta Stryker HD 1-10&#215;28\u2019s magnification ranges from <strong>1x to 10x<\/strong> and has the reticle placed <strong>in the first focal plane<\/strong>. It comes with a <strong>classic Christmas tree reticle<\/strong> pattern that is clearly visible at the 10x magnification. At 6x or below, however, the Christmas tree is slowly replaced by <strong>a simpler dot<\/strong> at the middle with an <strong>illuminated circle around the dot<\/strong>. The parallax extends from <strong>10 m to infinity<\/strong>, so not much has changed in this department compared to some of the other <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/en\/manufacturer-delta_optical\/riflescope_series-delta_optical_stryker_hd.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Delta Stryker<\/a><\/strong> models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can see this scope being used by those that expect potential close-quarter engagements. It will fit perfectly on some of the light tactical semi-auto rifles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pricing and Release Date of the Delta Stryker HD 1-10&#215;28<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As mentioned above, Delta Stryker HD 1-10&#215;28 is currently still in its prototype stage, so <strong>we aren\u2019t yet aware of its release date.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In regard to its price, however, we expect it to revolve <strong>around 2000 \u20ac<\/strong>. The Delta Stryker HD 1-10&#215;28 will soon become a part of it, and it will bring the whole series closer to current trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/en\/delta-optical-stryker-hd-1-6x24-sfp.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Delta Stryker HD 1-6&#215;24<\/a><\/strong> is already available, the new model will try to offer some extra versatility to the existent choice. It looks like Delta saw a potential gap in the market, and they are joining the fight to fill it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competition will be fierce, though. Just at the IWA 2023 alone we were able to see that other manufacturers are of similar thoughts. March, for instance, is improving its <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/blog\/a-new-and-improved-march-1-10x24-shorty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">March 1-10&#215;24 Shorty<\/a><\/strong> which will see similar use as the new Delta model. There are many more, so when the Delta Stryker HD 1-10&#215;28 finally does come out, it will truly have to be a formidable piece in order to stand out from the crowd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Can Delta do it? In our opinion: it will probably offer a lot of value for its price, but we\u2019ll have to see what the time brings.
